I will safeguard these pillars and its strategic planning and development and ensure all directives, practices, and initiatives are implemented, embraced, and adopted within the resort. Duties and Responsibilities As Guest Service Supervisor I commit to: • Help to ensure the efficient operation of the Guest Services team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with brand standards. • Enforce all policies, procedures, and best practices consistently. • Work closely with all rooms departments to anticipate and meet guest needs. • Interact with guests and hosts professionally and positively, actively seeking feedback. • Maintain strong knowledge of all resort facilities, services, and the local food & leisure scene. • Uphold high standards of grooming, hygiene, safety, security, and emergency procedures. • Oversee the full guest journey and ensure effective service recovery when needed. • Conduct standards audits and ensure full compliance. • Supervise clear communication with guests during pre‑arrival, stay, and post‑departure phases. • Handle multiple platforms simultaneously and manage diverse information efficiently. • Monitor the correct use of the Six Senses App and follow‑up on all pending tasks. Manage all incoming calls and emails, taking action or redirecting as required. • Conduct all pre‑arrival guest communication. • Record guest preferences accurately in the appropriate systems. • Provide up‑to‑date information, assist with bookings, or refer to Concierge when needed. • Maintain impeccable phone etiquette while adapting communication style to each guest. • Understand all internal processes, as well as LQA and Forbes standards, ensuring excellence at every touchpoint. • Strictly adhere to LQA, Forbes and Six Senses standards. • Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded. • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Assistant Guest Service Manager and/or Guest Experience & Concierge Manager. Qualification To execute the position of Guest Service Supervisor, I have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar or greater role in luxury hotels with proven results and including the following: • Possess a minimum of two years total experience in similar hotel operational role. • In terms of frontline rooms management, I have an intuitive sense of product and service quality, a passion for excellence and an understanding of the sophisticated needs of the luxury customer. • Technical skills include Advanced MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including POS, PMS and CRM platforms. • Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus. • Valid Spanish Work Permit or European Union citizenship is required for this role.
