Für unsere Kunden – 4 und 5 Hotels in Österreich und Deutschland** – suchen wir RezeptionistInnen für die kommende Wintersaison oder für Jahresstellen.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:
Professioneller Empfang und Betreuung der Gäste an der Rezeption.
Check-in und Check-out Abwicklung.
Telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz (E-Mail, Reservierungen, Anfragen).
Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen (Housekeeping, Restaurant, Management).
Bearbeitung von Beschwerden und Anliegen mit Freundlichkeit und Lösungsorientierung.
Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben und Organisation.

Ihr Profil:
Abgeschlossene Hotelfachausbildung oder vergleichbare Erfahrung.
Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Hotels (vorzugsweise 4*/5*).
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil).
Gepflegtes Auftreten, exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
Motivation, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit.
Hohe Serviceorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit internationalen Gästen.

- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung als Rezeptionist, Front Office-Vertreter oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle
- Kenntnisse in der Microsoft Office Suite
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Bürogeräten (z. B. Faxgeräte und Drucker)
- Professionelle Aussicht und professionelle Haltung
- Solide schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
