Why should I sign up to Turijobs?
+Turijobs is Spain’s leading tourism and hospitality job platform. We’re the sector’s meeting point. Signing up is fast, easy and free, and it boosts your visibility with employers. Create your profile now and find a job you’ll love!
How do I create an account?
+Click “Upload your CV” (top‑right on the homepage www.turijobs.com) and fill in your basic details. Your account is created straight away. Then complete your experience, education, etc., and start applying to roles that fit you.
I can’t register. What should I do?
+To complete your registration on Turijobs, make sure you fill in all required fields (first name, last name, email, password, area of interest and province/location) and accept the Terms of Use and Legal Notice. If you still can’t register, try the following:
How can I reset my password?
+Go to Log in and click Forgot your password? Enter the email you used to register, hit Send, and follow the instructions you’ll receive. *For security reasons, the link is valid for 2 hours after the email arrives.*
If you can’t find the email, check your spam/junk folder and add info@turijobs.com to your safe senders list.
How can I change my account email or password?
+Log in with your current details. In Settings, choose Change password or Change email.
How can I complete my CV?
+When you register, we automatically create your Profile. To complete it, go to My Profile and fill in any missing information. You can update each section whenever you like.
I already have my CV as a PDF. Can I upload it?
+Yes. You can upload your CV in Word or PDF (max. size: 2 MB).
How do I search for jobs on Turijobs?
+On the homepage, use the search bar: type a job title/keyword in the first field, add a location in the second, and click Search. Then refine with filters (Company, Experience, Working hours, Contract type, Education level or All filters).
I’m interested in a job — how do I apply?
+To apply to any job on our platform, you need to have your profile complete with the required fields. Once your CV is ready, select the job you’re interested in and click [Apply]. That’s it—your application will be sent to the company that posted the job.
How can I receive the latest jobs that match my interests?
+Super easy: go to your profile and open “Job alerts”. There you can create personalised alerts. Choose the job title and locations you’re interested in. Save your changes and you’re all set—you’ll receive new offers that match your preferences by email.
Can I track all my applications?
+Yes. In your candidate area, go to Applications sent and filter by status:
· New: application sent and recorded; the company hasn’t reviewed it yet or hasn’t updated the status.
· Pending: received and not yet evaluated.
· Reviewing: under review or in interviews.
· Finalist: shortlisted for the role.
· Rejected: the company is not moving forward with your application.
Note that status updates are made by the company. You also have Saved jobs to keep your favourite roles, review them later and pick up in one click without searching again; remember that saving is not applying.
My application status hasn’t changed — why?
+If you applied to a job but your status hasn’t changed, the most likely reason is that the company hasn’t updated the status of the applications it receives. Many companies don’t update every stage on the platform. At Turijobs, we continuously encourage employers to keep candidates informed about the status of their applications.
I’ve applied and my CV shows as Finalist. What should I do?
+In this case, you’ll need to wait for the company to contact you to schedule an interview. Keep in mind they don’t always reach out to every finalist. Sometimes companies close the process without interviewing all finalists and don’t update the status back to “rejected” or “in process.” So if you see “Finalist” on your application, take it as an indicator: your profile resonated, but the company will decide whom to contact.
Can I withdraw my application?
+Once you’ve applied to a job, this action can’t be undone. In “My applications” you can hide a specific application so it no longer appears in your list, but the company will still have access to your CV and the information you already submitted.
How can I manage job alerts?
+Sign in and go to Job alerts. To create a new one, fill in Job title and Location and click Create alert; we’ll email you when matching roles are posted. Below, you’ll see your active alerts: click the number of jobs to view them and use the trash icon to delete any you no longer want.
Why am I not receiving any job alerts?
+You may not be receiving new job offers by email either because there are no new postings matching your criteria or because they’re going to your spam/junk folder. To prevent this, add info@news.turijobs.com to your safe senders list.
I want to stop receiving your emails. How do I do it?
+To stop receiving email communications, go to “Settings” in your candidate area, untick the messages you no longer want and click “Save changes.” If you want to stop receiving our job alerts, go to “My alerts.” There you’ll see your active alerts; to remove one, click the bin/trash icon.
Where are my data stored and who can access them?
+All information submitted by website users that constitutes personal data will be incorporated into a computer file (in compliance with the security and confidentiality requirements established by applicable law), for the purpose of responding to the service requested by the user and for statistical purposes. This file is registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency under registration code 20418001115 (more information at www.agpd.es). You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection by contacting Turijobs Tourism Services, S.L. at comercial@turijobs.com, indicating in the subject line: LOPD Rights.

How can I close my account?
+Before deleting your account, we recommend keeping your data on Turijobs in case you want to look for a job again in the future. If you keep your account, you won’t need to re-enter all your information and your CV will remain available to companies looking for profiles like yours.
If you still want to permanently delete your account, go to “Settings” in your candidate area and, at the bottom of the page, select “Delete account.” Confirm and your account will be removed. If you have any issues with the process, email us at info@turijobs.com and we’ll help you.
I deleted my account and want to recover it. What can I do?
+Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to recover information or a user profile once it has been deleted. You’ll need to create a new profile from scratch. You can do this quickly and easily here by creating your profile again on Turijobs.

What do I need to do to register my company on Turijobs?
+Registering your company on Turijobs is very easy:
1. Go to the Companies section and click Post a job to start the registration. Fill in your company details (business name, tax ID, address) and administrator details (name, email, password, role, phone).
2. Complete your company profile: upload your logo and add a clear description of who you are and why your company is a great place to work in the tourism sector.
3. Confirm the registration. Once validated, you’ll be able to publish your first job from the Admin Menu.
Tip: Have your tax ID and contact details ready to speed up the process. If you need help, our team will guide you step by step.
How can I post my first job offer?
+Posting your first job offer on Turijobs is a piece of cake! Just follow these steps:
1. Go to “Post a Job” in your Admin Menu (the main dashboard of your company account). This option lets you start creating a new vacancy.
2. Fill in all the job details: job title, responsibilities, required experience, skills, benefits offered, location, etc. The clearer and more attractive your job post is, the more candidates you’ll attract!
Remember: well-written job postings have up to a 40% higher chance of attracting top talent. Don’t forget to highlight why working at your company is a great opportunity and mention the benefits you offer… candidates will appreciate it!
How do Turijobs credits work to post more job offers?
+Turijobs uses a credit system to post job offers flexibly. Each credit equals one published job post. You can choose the type of credit that best fits your needs:
Each credit lets you publish one offer, and you can use them based on your hiring priorities. Plus, if you buy multiple credits at once, Turijobs offers volume discounts, ranging from about 36% up to 86% depending on the number purchased.
In short: posting on Turijobs is very easy with this credit system–– just choose the type and quantity you need and start recruiting!
Can I buy different credits?
+Yes. You can combine different types of credits depending on your needs. For example, if you have jobs that you want to give more visibility to, you can use a Superior or Premium credit; for less urgent roles, you can use a Basic credit.
In the Turijobs store, you can add different types of credits to your cart in the quantities you need. Keep in mind that there are volume discounts, so if you plan to post multiple jobs throughout the year, it’s best to buy them together and save up to 70% on the total price.
How can I use the statuses to manage candidates who remain in the selection process and those who have been rejected?
+To keep an organized control of your candidates, Turijobs allows you to classify them into different statuses within the selection process. Specifically, you have 4 statuses to tag each candidate according to their situation:
By using these statuses in your management panel, you’ll be able to filter and review candidates in a more organized way, focusing on each group according to their priority in the process.
How can I see the candidates who have applied to my job offer?
+In your Admin Menu, go to "Manage Offers and CVs". Here, you’ll be able to see all the candidates who have applied to your job offers. New candidates will be highlighted so you can manage them without having to start from scratch.
How does the candidate filtering system work?
+Manage CVs like an expert with our candidate filter. In your Admin Menu, under "Manage Offers and CVs", you can view the candidates. You can filter by country, province, age, experience, and even the languages they speak. This way, you can find the talent you truly need, without wasting time.
Can I receive alerts about candidates interested in my offers?
+Yes, absolutely! Every time a candidate applies to one of your jobs, Turijobs will send you an email notification. This way you’ll stay up to date, in real time, on new applicants. In addition, when you open your dashboard you’ll see updates highlighted in the “Manage Jobs & CVs” section, where new, not-yet-reviewed candidates are flagged. That way you’ll never lose sight of your next potential hire!
(Note: Make sure the email address on your company account is up to date, and check your spam folder in case any alerts end up there. You can manage email notifications in your account settings.)
How can I edit or delete a publish job?
+From your Admin Menu, in the “Manage Jobs & CVs” section, you can pause or delete the job postings you’ve already published. The management options allow you to:
In short, the platform gives you full control over your hiring processes: you decide when to keep a job active, pause it temporarily or remove it permanently according to your recruiting needs.
How long will my job be visible on Turijobs?
+The time a job remains visible on Turijobs depends on the type of credit used to publish it:
In all cases, once the relevant period ends, the job will expire and will no longer be shown to new candidates. It’s important to plan the credit type according to the urgency and reach your job requires.
When the job expires, can I still access the candidates' CVs/resumes?
+Of course! Even if the job posting has expired (because its publication period ended), you can continue viewing candidates’ CVs/resumes for an additional period. In your company area, there’s a section called “Finished Jobs” (or similar) where expired postings appear. There you can access all CVs received for that posting for 60 days after it expires. This means the hiring process doesn’t stop automatically when the posting expires: you’re free to keep evaluating candidates and finalize your selection at your own pace without losing access to information submitted within that additional window.
(After those extra 60 days, we recommend downloading or saving any necessary information, as it may no longer be available on the platform.)
How can I attract more candidates for my job posting?
+If you want to increase your job's reach and attract more candidates, Turijobs offers marketing and visibility products that you can activate on your postings. In fact, when you publish your first job you get a complimentary Superior Welcome credit, which gives you access to certain promotional advantages:

For example, you could buy a pack of 5 credits: 3 Basic, 1 Superior, and 1 Premium, all in a single transaction. Then, when posting jobs, you decide which credit to apply to each posting (giving more visibility to the roles that need it with higher-tier credits, and using Basic for standard positions).
The purchase process is straightforward: add the various credits you want to your cart, choose the quantity for each type, and complete payment. The platform will automatically apply any eligible bulk discounts. Thanks to these discounts, buying credits in bulk can save you up to 70% compared with purchasing individual postings one by one.
