Preliminary notice

These Terms of Use apply to the following three types of users:
  1. UNREGISTERED Users: The Terms of Use that apply to them are those detailed in the GENERAL Terms of Use section.
  2. Registered users: There are two types:
    1. CANDIDATE Users who publish their CVs or who merely want to receive different job offers, training and events by email: The Terms of Use that apply to them are those detailed in general under the GENERAL Terms of Use section and those, specifically for them, detailed in the CANDIDATES Terms of Use section.
    2. Company Users who publish job offers or training or for events: The Terms of Use that apply to them are those detailed in general under the GENERAL Terms of Use section and those, specifically for them, detailed in the COMPANIES Terms of Use section.

General terms and conditions of use of Turijobs

At Turijobs we care about clarity in information when using our website and contracting our services. Therefore, below we explain our general terms and conditions of use applicable when accessing them:
1. - Responsible
We are Turijobs Tourism Services, S.L.U (hereinafter, "Turijobs" or "We"), and we have our registered office in Barcelona, Spain, at Carrer Tarragona, num. 100, Planta Ent, 08015, Barcelona; provided with CIF B-64589583, telephone number 0034.902.366.445 and email info@turijobs.com, and registered in the Commercial Register of Barcelona. We are also the owner and proprietor of the platform and the website in the domain www.turijobs.com (hereinafter, jointly designated as the "Website").
These general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter, the "Terms and Conditions") regulate the rights and obligations derived from access, navigation and use by users of the Website.
Access, navigation, registration and use of the Website implies expressly accepting and knowing the legal warnings, conditions and terms of use contained in the Website in the version published at the time of access without any reservation. As a user, you declare and acknowledge:
  • Having read, understood and fully comprehended the terms of use of these Terms and Conditions, Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.
  • Being a person with sufficient capacity to contract, being solely responsible for the veracity and accuracy of the data provided.
  • Assuming all the obligations set forth herein.

On the contrary, if you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions or part of them, you may refrain from using our Website and/or the services we offer.
Unregistered Users: those who access and navigate through our Website without registering on it, to whom these Terms and Conditions apply in full.
Registered Users: Category in which we differentiate two "subtypes":
  1. The "Candidates", the users, natural persons, who publish their CVs for job search or services related to the world of work, seek professional guidance or who merely want to receive different offers on job recruitment, training and events, use our services and access the Website. In these cases, the conditions that apply to them are those detailed in these Terms and Conditions and those, specifically for them, detailed in the Particular Conditions for Candidates section when registering.
  2. The "Companies" or "Clients", interchangeably, who use our services and access the Website to publish their job offers, training, events or search for CVs. In these cases, the conditions that apply to them are those detailed in these Terms and Conditions and those, specifically for them, detailed in the Particular Conditions for Companies section when registering and contracting.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, we will refer to both Registered and Unregistered Users jointly, as "Users".

We recommend reading these Terms and Conditions periodically each time you access our Website and/or our services.
2. - Services
The purpose of Turijobs is to provide a platform that functions as a communication channel in an online environment between Users, especially between Companies in the tourism sector and potential Candidates, for the generation of new jobs and contact, increase and improvement of their respective professional relationships. Specifically, through the Website, we facilitate Candidates' access to job offers offered by Companies, which, in turn, can easily access the profiles and curricula vitae (hereinafter, "CVs") of registered Candidates.

How does it work?
We allow registered Companies access to the database of Candidates registered in Turijobs according to the privacy level selected by each Candidate, the publication of job offers, the management of Candidate selection and other services related to the employment sector. For our Candidates, we facilitate the editing and management of the "CV" and access to other services of interest.

In this sense, we are in continuous evolution and development of new tools that add value to Registered Users on our Website. Therefore, we reserve the possibility of modifying without prior notice, the design, presentation and/or configuration of the Website, as well as adding new services and/or modifying those services that we have been providing to our Users (hereinafter, the "Service" and, jointly, the "Services"). In any case, for those cases in which a substantial modification occurs in the way of providing the Services with respect to those already accepted by Users, the appropriate communications will be made.

The use of certain Services offered to Users through the Website may be subject to their own particular conditions (hereinafter, "Particular Conditions") which, depending on the cases, replace, complete and/or modify these Terms and Conditions. Therefore, prior to contracting and using our Services, we recommend that you carefully read our Terms and Conditions, as well as Particular Conditions, which will be binding once the Services are registered or accepted. In case of conflict, between the general Terms and Conditions, the Particular Conditions that may have been established will prevail.

At Turijobs we strive to keep our Website available as constantly as possible, however we cannot guarantee 100% availability of the Website, so we do not assume any responsibility in this regard.

Therefore, at Turijobs we reserve the right to monitor access and/or use of the Website as well as to adopt necessary technical measures with the aim of controlling and verifying that use is being made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and current legislation and, consequently, we reserve, without prior notice, the right to (i) suspend, delete, limit or prevent access to the Website and/or Services when (a) anomalies or technical difficulties arise due to facts or circumstances beyond our control and will that decrease or nullify the security and capacity levels adopted for the proper functioning of the same or (b) for maintenance reasons; or (ii) deny access to the Website to Users in case these Terms and Conditions are not respected.
3.- User registration process
When registering as a Candidate or Company, remember you accept the entirety of our legal texts contained on the Website, these being fully binding. Therefore, we recommend reading them before proceeding with your registration.
All data required in the registration process, whether as a Candidate or Company, marked with an asterisk must necessarily be completed, so failure to complete them releases us from any obligation or action linked to said information, and registration as a User may be denied.
Only if you are a natural person can you register as a Candidate. Registration as a Candidate is free.
At all times, as a Candidate, you can configure, in your personal area, what data you want us to process at Turijobs as owners of the Website, as well as those that, where applicable, may or may not be transferred to Companies. Once the data that you have given permission to Companies has been transferred, the latter will be responsible for the subsequent processing they carry out without Turijobs being responsible beyond the own and limited data processing detailed on our Website. In any case, the data that you provide directly to Companies using the means of registration to offers on the Website or outside of it, will be understood to have been transferred directly by the Candidate to Companies outside of Turijobs' responsibility in what is not provided for in the legal texts of our Website.
In the case of Companies, only a natural person with the corresponding powers of representation can register the same as "Company" in our database. For this, the contact details of the natural person and the data of the Company itself must be completed. The power of representation of the natural person who carries out all this on behalf of the registered Company will be presumed.
Remember that, both as a Candidate and as a Company, all the information you provide as a User through the Website and/or Services must be truthful. For these purposes, you guarantee the ownership, authenticity and updating at all times of those data that you communicate as a result of completing the forms necessary for subscribing to the Services and creating a profile, being solely responsible for false or inaccurate statements you make and for the damages you cause to Turijobs and/or third parties due to the information you provide. In particular, in relation to mobile messaging services, you guarantee that you are the owner, subscriber or beneficiary of the declared mobile numbers, being responsible for communicating to Turijobs any change in situation regarding them.

When registering, user keys and password will be obtained. The use of such keys is personal and non-transferable, assignment not being permitted, even temporarily, to third parties. In this sense, it is your responsibility to adopt the necessary measures for the custody of the selected keys, avoiding their use by third parties. Consequently, Turijobs does not assume any responsibility for the use of the keys by unauthorized third parties. In the event that you become aware of or suspect unauthorized use of your keys, you must notify Turijobs of such circumstance as soon as possible.
4.- Obligations as a User
As a User you commit to making diligent use of the Website and the Services accessible from it, with full compliance with the Law, good customs and these Terms and Conditions (including the Particular Conditions where applicable and other legal texts) as well as maintaining due respect for other Users.
Likewise, as a User, you are solely responsible for the relationships you establish with the rest of the members and Users of Turijobs. We reserve the right to limit the number of contacts that the User establishes with other members and, in certain circumstances, prohibit communications with other Users through the Services offered or limit in any other way their use of such Services that exceeds the scope of the agreed Services.

It is prohibited:
  1. to host, store, disclose, publish, distribute, make available or share through our Website any content or material (by way of example and not limitation, texts, trademarks, logos, links, sound, audio or image files, graphics, etc.);
  2. over which you do not have or hold rights or consent or are not authorized to reproduce, transmit, disseminate, distribute, make available to third parties;
  3. that infringes or violates industrial or intellectual property rights, confidentiality or personal rights of third parties (such as copyright, the right to honor, privacy and one's own image, etc.) or in any way is contrary, disparages or attacks the fundamental rights and public freedoms recognized constitutionally, in International Treaties and in the rest of the legislation or any other industrial and/or intellectual property rights recognized by the legislation of any country in which such rights may have effect (such as moral rights);
  4. that may damage, disable, overload, deteriorate or incorporate viruses (or other physical or electronic elements) that may prevent the normal use and operation of our Website,
  5. that may damage the materials and information contained on the Website, information systems or documents, files and all kinds of content stored on any computer equipment (hacking) of Turijobs, its members or any User or in any way undermines the credit and image of Turijobs;
  6. that induces, incites, promotes, criminal, denigrating, defamatory, infamous, violent acts or, in general, contrary to the law, morality and generally accepted good customs or public order;
  7. that incorporates, makes available or allows access to criminal, pornographic, violent, offensive, harmful content, products and/or services, or that incite, induce or promote actions, attitudes or discriminatory thoughts by reason of sex, race, religion, beliefs, age or condition;
  8. that is false, ambiguous, inaccurate, exaggerated or untimely, in such a way that it induces or may induce error about its object or about the intentions or purposes of the communicator;
  9. that constitutes, where applicable, illegal, misleading or unfair advertising and, in general, unfair competition, including the use of information, content or other data seen or obtained through Turijobs to provide services that, at our entire discretion, compete with Us;
  10. Using the Website to offer own and/or third-party services or that compete with Turijobs.
  11. Any activity not expressly authorized in these Terms and Conditions and Particular Conditions where applicable.
5.- Publication of content and links
On our Website we offer the Services and/or content related to our activity, these being merely informative, without in any case being able to guarantee their accuracy, so Turijobs reserves the right to update, modify or delete the content, services and, in general, all elements that make up the design and configuration of the Website at any time without prior notice.
Additionally, the Website may contain links to third-party domains whose ownership and management corresponds to such independent third parties over which Turijobs has no type of control or ownership. Therefore, we do not guarantee nor are we responsible, in any way, for those contents, commercial activities, products and services included on the Website that may be linked, directly or indirectly, with our Website. The presence of such links, unless expressly stated otherwise, has a merely informative purpose and, in no case, implies suggestion, invitation or recommendation about them, corresponding to the User to verify as much information as they consider appropriate.
6.- Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
Our Website is governed by Spanish laws and is protected by national and international legislation on intellectual and industrial property. By way of example and not limitation, the texts, designs, images, audio, databases, images, logos, structure, trademarks and other elements of the Website are protected by the intellectual and industrial property rights of Turijobs and/or third-party owners with due authorizations, either through registration on the Website or through the assignment agreements for exploitation rights that they have stipulated with Turijobs.
As expected, we reserve all exploitation rights over our intellectual and industrial property so that, in no case, will access, navigation and use of our Website be understood to imply a waiver, transmission, license or total or partial assignment of such rights.
Any reproduction, transmission or distribution, adaptation, translation, modification, communication to the public, or any other exploitation of all or part of the content of our Website, carried out in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical or other, is strictly prohibited except prior written authorization from Turijobs or third-party owners. Any infringement of these rights may give rise to whatever extrajudicial or judicial civil or criminal procedures correspond.
However, a link to our Website address may be established provided that it is not related to false, inaccurate, incorrect statements that may induce error or confusion or that are contrary to the law, morality or good customs. Likewise, the Website may not be altered, changed, modified or adapted in any way. As a User you only have a strictly private right of use for the purpose of enjoying the content and Services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Particular Conditions where applicable.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, when registering as a User, you grant Turijobs the non-exclusive, irrevocable, free and without any territorial or temporal limitation, and with powers of assignment to third parties, for reproduction, public communication, including its modality of making available, distribution and transformation, in any of the modalities known to date, of all information and/or content that, directly or indirectly, you provide or make available to our Website.
7.-Exclusion of Warranties and Liability
At Turijobs we make every effort to avoid any errors in the content that may appear on the Website. However, Turijobs does not guarantee, nor is it responsible for the consequences that may arise from errors in its own or third-party content that may appear, nor does it assume any responsibility derived from the veracity, exhaustiveness, accuracy, legality and/or reliability of the information provided.
Turijobs has adopted, within its possibilities and the current state of technology, all reasonable measures to ensure the correct functioning of our Website and we commit to trying to solve problems that may arise and reach a quick and satisfactory solution to possible incidents. However, in no case do we guarantee the reliability, availability or continuity of the Website, so the use of it by Users is carried out at their own risk, without, at any time, responsibilities being able to be demanded from Turijobs in this regard.

Likewise, we do not assume any responsibility, by way of example and not limitation, derived from:
  1. Problems caused to computer systems or those caused by the introduction of viruses and other computer codes, as well as possible security errors, failures or incidents that may occur in communications, deletion or incomplete transmissions that may occur. It is the responsibility of each User to have the appropriate tools for detecting harmful computer programs.
  2. The use made of the content and offers available on the Website, whether prohibited or permitted, in infringement of the intellectual and/or industrial property rights of the Company or third parties. The content of those pages that users may access from links included on our Website nor the veracity and accuracy of the offers they make.
  3. Acts or omissions of third parties, regardless of whether these third parties may be linked to Turijobs by contractual means.
  4. Errors or delays in access to the Website when entering data in the corresponding form or any anomaly that may arise when these incidents are due to problems on the internet network, causes of fortuitous case or force majeure and any other unforeseeable contingency beyond the good faith and control of Turijobs.
  5. Errors or damages caused by inefficient and bad faith use of our Website by the User. As a User you guarantee to Turijobs that you strictly comply with these Terms and Conditions, exempting Turijobs from any potential responsibility in this regard, having to keep Turijobs harmless and, where applicable, compensate and indemnify Turijobs, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents and any other related persons, regarding any claims, responsibilities, sanctions, damages and losses, expenses or any other concepts that are a consequence of any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  6. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction and online dispute resolution (Online Dispute Resolution – "ODR")
    These Terms and Conditions and the rest of the Particular Conditions of the Website and legal texts will be governed by Spanish legislation.
    At Turijobs we strive to give our best and seek a reasonable solution. Therefore we believe that the best way is access to a free access platform, for online conflict resolution, without the need to resort to courts of justice, through the intervention of a third party, called a Dispute Resolution Body (hereinafter, the "ODR"), which acts as an intermediary between both. Without the resolution being necessarily binding on the parties, this body is neutral and will dialogue with both parties to reach an agreement, being able to finally suggest and/or impose a solution to the conflict, in accordance with article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission.

In any case, for whatever questions may arise or actions be exercised derived from the provision of Turijobs Services and content and on the interpretation, application, compliance or non-compliance with what is established here, it will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

Turijobs reserves the right to modify its policy due to updates or changes and legal needs, as well as due to improvements and changes included in the way Turijobs offers and provides its services.

Particular conditions for candidates

1.- Services aimed at Candidates
Below, we list the Services we offer you from Turijobs as a Candidate:
  1. Free registration of the Candidate on the Turijobs Website through the "Candidate Registration" process, to meet registered Companies.
  2. Registration of the Candidate in the Services offered by Turijobs in order to connect with other Candidates and Companies, create or join dialogue and debate spaces. Selection of the privacy level of the "CV" and public profile. Turijobs facilitates the creation of a professional profile that you can make public on the internet and can be shared and read by other users and internet users, as well as indexed in search engines or privatized as you wish.
  3. Services and tools for managing active job search through Turijobs.
  4. Personalization of the main presentation page as a Candidate in the private menu.
  5. Location services that allow you to be searched (according to the selected privacy level) through the Candidate database by Companies. Turijobs offers the possibility of knowing the job offers that best suit your Candidate profile through electronic communications (email, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram or push notifications). By default, at the time of registration, Email and WhatsApp channels will be activated for these communications, the others will be optional and configurable in the candidate profile. To benefit from this service, you must first select the areas - geographical and professional - of your interest, and decide on the frequency of receiving offers (daily or weekly). In case of registering through the registration of a job offer, the same areas of the job offer will be taken as areas of interest with a daily sending frequency. You reserve the right to activate or deactivate communication channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Email) and to modify the frequency of notifications (daily, weekly) at any time from the administration panel of your candidate profile. Electronic promotional communication services about the personnel selection sector, as well as from third-party companies, with which Turijobs has a relationship, among others, of selection and job search.
  6. Services of communications of interest through the Turijobs job blog: Includes news related to Turijobs current affairs, job search advice and information on labor trends.
  7. Other services that Turijobs may create and that it considers of interest to Candidates such as personalized advice, training, professional contact network or dialogue spaces, among others.

When registering as a Candidate, you decide, voluntarily and freely, to register for a job offer, training, or an event, being solely responsible for sending your CV to the corresponding Company, which may hide its identity.
Likewise, we cannot guarantee the obtaining of concrete results that do not depend exclusively on our activity, aspects known and accepted by you as a Candidate.
2.- Candidate Responsibility
Remember that as a Candidate with respect to the information you provide us, you guarantee that you are the owner and that it is accurate and truthful. Likewise, as a Candidate, it is your obligation to keep your data updated at all times, being solely responsible for the inaccuracy or falsity of the data provided to Turijobs and/or third parties for the damages you may cause us thereby due to the use of our Services.
Turijobs does not accept any responsibility for the use of data that Companies make, the texts or offers published (by or on behalf of Companies). Keep in mind that Turijobs will not have the obligation to verify the information you provide or that Companies provide, this being under the exclusive responsibility of each one. Nor do we guarantee the veracity, accuracy and updating of the information or jobs offered by third parties, so you expressly release Turijobs from any responsibility that may arise from the offers or information published on our Website, Turijobs not assuming any responsibility in this regard. In this sense, as a Candidate, it is up to you to carry out as many checks as you consider appropriate before registering for an offer and/or during your selection process.
Likewise, we warn that the ideas that are published and the information you share with the rest of Users may be seen and used by Turijobs or by third parties. In this sense, we cannot guarantee that such third parties will not use the ideas and information you share through our Website. Therefore, if as a Candidate you have an idea or information that you want to be confidential or do not want it to be used, or if it is subject to third-party rights that could be infringed if you shared it, you should not publish it on the Website.

Thus, when you send ideas, suggestions, documents or any other proposal or contribution to Turijobs through the means we make available to you, you recognize and accept that:
  1. Such content cannot be considered confidential information nor is it the property of third parties;
  2. That Turijobs has no obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, in relation to such content;
  3. That Turijobs reserves the right to use or disclose (or not, depending on its needs) all the content provided for any lawful purpose that the platform considers, in any way and in any medium;

Finally, when unregistering as a Candidate, you may request the cancellation of your personal data following the process provided for in our Privacy Policy. However, we reserve the right to delete the content and ideas that you had published that do not have the character of "personal data".

Particular conditions for companies

These Particular Conditions, together with those indicated in each case and service, and our General Terms and Conditions in force at each moment on our Website (hereinafter, and together, the "Contracting Conditions") expressly regulate the relationships that arise between Turijobs Tourism Services, S.L.U (hereinafter, "Turijobs" or "We"), and those third parties who contract the services offered on their Website or through telephone contracting or via email with our commercial team (hereinafter, the "Services").
The Contracting Conditions are intended to regulate the contractual terms for the provision of the Services and the consideration due to Turijobs as well as the use of the Service.
1.- Acceptance of the Contracting Conditions
The activation of sending the contracting request through both the Turijobs Website, or where applicable the acceptance of the conditions set out via email or by telephone together with our personalized budget, attributes the status of client to the registered Company and expresses full and unreserved acceptance of our Contracting Conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Services offered by Turijobs will be governed by our General Terms and Conditions, as well as by the Particular Conditions set out here and those that may apply to each of the Services. Likewise, our Privacy and Cookie Policies to which you can access at any time through our Website will be fully binding.
We remind you that when contracting any of our Services, present and future, our Terms and Conditions, Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policies in force at the time of contracting will also apply, so we invite you to read them in full before contracting any Service, including the technical, operational and functional characteristics of the same, as well as the applicable rates in each case. For any additional information or clarification regarding the content of the Contracting Conditions, do not hesitate to contact our commercial team before proceeding with the Contracting through the following address. We will contact you as soon as possible.
2.- Our Services aimed at Companies
Turijobs helps you with the management of job offers published on the Website. This management includes:
  1. Insertion of job offers in the Turijobs job bank.
  2. Reception of CVs registered in the offers made.
  3. Management of the selection process.
  4. Services related to the management of Candidate selection and other services that Turijobs considers of interest to Companies: professional contact network, news service, promotions and offers from third-party entities.
  5. Alerts Service: automatic and free reception of CVs by electronic means. Turijobs offers the possibility of knowing through electronic communications (email) quickly, personally and free of charge, the CVs of Candidates who have registered for the offers that the Company has published.
  6. Electronic communications service.

For the fulfillment of the Service of publishing job offers on Turijobs and the Service to consult the Turijobs database, as a Company you must take into account that the personal data and CV of Candidates will only be accessible, according to the privacy level selected by the Candidate themselves. Likewise, you must take into account that we cannot guarantee the obtaining of concrete results that do not depend exclusively on our activity, aspects known and accepted with the contracting of the Services.
We offer our Services in different modalities, specifically:
  • Offer credits: you can contract "units" of slots in which you can publish vacancies. Depending on the type of slot contracted, you will have a different extra Service associated.
  • Packs: this type of product is perfect for Companies that need constant publication of vacancies. A pack consists of slots that can be activated and deactivated over a certain period of time. In addition, each type of pack can have different Services associated with it.
  • Services/Extensions: this refers to any extra Service that can accompany a slot or a pack.
3.- Service contracting process
Natural persons of legal age, or legal entities may contract the Services. In the case of a legal entity, the request for the Services must be carried out by an authorized representative or legal representative of the Company, duly authorized. In the case of natural persons, they must be of legal age and contract in their own name.
As a Company you are responsible for ensuring that the data incorporated in the registration process and/or contracting through our Website or by other means are truthful and accurate, committing to communicate to Turijobs as soon as possible, all those changes related to them and, especially, those that refer to the information necessary for the good maintenance and management of the provision of the contracted Services. You will be able to modify the data provided through the Client Area at any time by identifying yourself with the keys provided in the registration process as a Company.
Turijobs reserves the right to accept or reject any contracting, provided that: (a) it verifies that the data provided are not truthful or are inaccurate; (b) it considers that the request made: (i) does not conform to the terms set out in the Contracting Conditions and/or (ii) damages or may damage the corporate image of Turijobs or was contrary to the commercial purposes pursued by it; and/or (iii) has pending payment any Service contracted previously with Turijobs. The denial of the provision of the Services will be made by email or by telephone at the addresses provided, indicating the reason for it. You may request a Service that had been denied again, provided that the reasons that gave rise to its denial have been duly remedied.

To contract our Services you can do so in two ways:
  • Accessing through our Website and making an "online" purchase. In this case, a budget is automatically generated with the request for the Services and they will proceed to start when payment has been confirmed.
  • Contacting our commercial department. In this case, a member of our commercial team will contact you for the contracting process and personalization of our Services. In any case, such offline contracting is subject to the Contracting Conditions of our Website.

In any case, it will be understood that the contract is perfected, being binding with Turijobs, when: (i) Turijobs receives the acceptance of the contract offer with date and signature of the budget, in the form of fax or copy, in PDF format or is expressly confirmed in writing by any electronic form; (ii) the Company proceeds to the activation and payment of one or several Services through the Website; (iii) it begins the use and enjoyment of the Services requested from Turijobs in any way; (iv) as soon as Turijobs confirms an order in writing; (v) Turijobs publishes the Company's job advertisement on the internet.
We take this opportunity to inform you that the Services will not begin until we have received payment or the first payment, as applicable, for them. 4.-Rates, payment methods and billing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing with Turijobs, the Company will pay for the contracted Services according to the rate established in force at the time of their contracting. Unless expressly indicated otherwise, the prices contained in the price list or budgets issued do not include VAT or any tax that may replace it or be applicable in the future.
At Turijobs we have the following payment modalities to choose from when contracting a Service:
  • Advance payment;
  • Full payment in 10 days;
  • Full payment in 30 days;
  • Full payment in 60 days;
  • Full payment in 90 days;
  • Advance payment and periodic installments divided into 12 payments.

The Company may proceed to pay the selected modality by means of (i) credit card, (ii) bank transfer or (iii) bank direct debit in the deferred payment modality in 12 installments divided uniformly.
The Services you contract with Us are exclusively for your use and for the persons that, where applicable, we have authorized for this purpose, not being able to resell, assign or commercialize, in whole or in part, such Services to third parties. Therefore, at Turijobs we reserve the possibility of canceling the contracted Services in case of breach of the provisions in the Contracting Conditions without in any case the refund of the amounts paid proceeding nor releasing you from payment of those due according to the selected and agreed modality.
However, in those cases where our usual rates have been personalized, they will be applicable as long as the conditions under which the Services were contracted are maintained. Consequently, in case you terminate a Service, we reserve the possibility of adapting the personalized rates to our usual rates in view of what is set out in our Cancellation Policy set out below.
In the case of a chargeback or payment dispute of a credit card or bank direct debit and non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend the contracted Services without prior notice and apply a return fee (equivalent to the costs generated by the management of collection and non-payment of the Services) that must be paid in full before the Service is restored, files are delivered or any other work that proceeds is carried out, without prejudice to the legal actions that may correspond to Turijobs for the damages and losses caused as a result of non-payment.
Likewise, in cases where payment for the Services is due after their start, we inform you that delay in payment within a period of ten (10) days after the due date without any communication having been made, will automatically accrue interest in our favor at a rate equal to 3% (or the maximum amount allowed by law, if lower), on a daily basis from the date it is due until the day it is paid.
Once the contracting period of one or several of our Services has ended, if you wish to renew such Services with Us, you must notify us at least seven (7) days in advance of their end date for their uninterrupted continuation.
Billing of the Services will begin from the day on which Turijobs communicates the activation of the contracted Service or it effectively begins. Billing will be carried out according to the selected payment modality in accordance with the established rates and with the corresponding price revisions that may be applicable.
Invoices for the provision of the Services will include the applicable indirect taxes, deducting all those amounts on which Turijobs has the obligation to withhold and pay on account of the Company.
Without prejudice to the payment obligation on the corresponding date, if ten (10) days have elapsed since the issuance of the invoices, the Company does not express, by any means that proves its receipt, its disagreement with the content of the same, it will be understood that such invoices are correct, Turijobs not accepting any claim after said period.
As a Company you give your express consent for us to make invoices available to you, by electronic means and via telematic means. In any case, you may at any time exercise your right to receive invoices on paper support, by writing to comercial@turijobs.com.
5.- Job offer publication process
To publish your jobs and vacancies, we can do it in 3 ways:
  • You can provide us directly with the text you want to publish.
  • From Turijobs we can write the text for you, which we will send to you for your approval to publish it later.
  • You send us the information you want to publish through third-party ATS. This aspect is subject to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy of our Website, in any case.

When offering a job, training or event, you can select the scope or region in which said offer is published in order to provide an optimal service. In case you do not determine any region, the region corresponding to the address provided in the Company registration process will be set by default. Remember that our rates vary depending on the number of regions selected when publishing an offer.
As a Company you guarantee to Turijobs that all the information and details of the job offer comply with current legality, respect the guidelines set out in the collective agreement that may correspond and do not contravene labor regulations. Remember that Turijobs will not have the obligation to verify the information you provide for the provision of the Services, this being under your exclusive responsibility.
Therefore, the jobs you offer as a Company, as well as training and events, must be legally valid. In this sense, we do not accept those offers that: (i) require an investment of money by the Candidate (we except those referring to training and events); (ii) are offers from pyramid sales system companies; (iii) are business opportunities; (iv) are related to the adult entertainment industry.
At Turijobs we reserve the right not to fulfill orders made, or to delete elements of the Service already published, if the published content infringes the legal requirements or prohibitions established in our Contracting Conditions, violates the rights of third parties, deteriorates the quality of the Service, harms in any way the image and brand of Turijobs, or infringes the terms and conditions of Turijobs of non-permissible content that we set out below: They are duplicated: those that offer the same job position, training or an event, in the same region and/or date.
  1. If a self-employed or independent job is advertised or advertising is made about club memberships.
  2. They introduce contact data (Telephone, Fax, address and/or email) in the offer description field.
  3. They belong to companies with unreal or generic names, except when any of the offered Services is contracted.
  4. They introduce the company's URLs to redirect Candidates. Offers must refer to vacancies available in the Company, as well as vacancies for training or event attendance.
  5. They correspond to more than one region when the contracted form was for a single region.
  6. They indicate more than one position per job and offer or the offer is misleading or ambiguous. Incorrect form: "Offer: Asst. Waiter / Waiter / Cook". Correct form: "Offer No. 1: Asst. waiter; Offer No. 2: Waiter; Offer No. 3: Cook".

As a Company you are aware that you cannot completely avoid that, given the current state of technology, job offers published on the Website are copied, linked or published by other Internet providers, disguised as their own offers with the help of frames. At Turijobs we strive, within the legally required limits and what is technically possible, to prevent copies, links and framing in this sense, however, any unauthorized publication or linking or framing by a third party will not create any right in your favor to file any claim against Turijobs.
In order to improve the quality of the advertisement on all devices, Turijobs reserves the right to change the layout of the offer as appropriate.
At your request and instructions, Turijobs will activate a button on job offers marked "Apply now" or similar for Candidates. Depending on the selection you have established, this button may link to a page named by you and/or to a standard Turijobs application form page on its platforms, with which Candidates can submit the requested information through the form using a specific account in the Candidate administration in the Turijobs Customer Center.
At Turijobs we have the right (but not the obligation) to publish job offers on other sites, especially those belonging to partners, or to create appropriate links to third-party sites. This is an additional and voluntary service from Turijobs that does not involve any additional cost. However, when you specifically request publication on an additional site different from those initially offered by Us, these may contain additional restrictions and requirements in addition to our Contracting Conditions, Turijobs not assuming any responsibility in this regard. Likewise, we also point out that for the case in which you request a specific region different from those initially offered within the framework of our Services, there may be certain legal requirements and prohibitions for job advertisements in other countries that must be complied with at all times, being able to modify or complete the indications set out here.
6.- Rights and obligations
6.1.- Company Rights and ObligationsAs part of this contract you commit to:
  1. Observe all the rules and conditions established on our Website or provided by Turijobs that may be imposed on the use of its Services and resources;
  2. To provide Turijobs with whatever information and/or documentation is reasonably necessary to be able to carry out the agreed Services. From the moment the information/documentation is requested, it must be provided as soon as possible, not counting as delays those in which we may incur as a consequence of the non-delivery of the information and/or documentation for the execution of the Services within the agreed deadlines.
  3. Not to use the Services to carry out activities contrary to the laws, morality, public order or for illegal purposes or effects, prohibited, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, Turijobs declining any responsibility that may arise therefrom.
  4. Comply with payment obligations in the agreed terms and conditions.
  5. Obtain as many consents as are necessary from the interested parties and/or have the corresponding legitimizing basis with respect to any processing and communication of Candidates' personal data in connection with the development of this contract. For this purpose, you commit to keeping Turijobs harmless in case of any claim made by third parties and to reimburse any expense that may be generated for Us as a result of such claim (including, by way of example and not limitation, sanctions and fines applied by the competent authority).

6.2.- Turijobs Rights and ObligationsWe commit to:
  1. Carry out the Services within the deadlines and conditions that have been agreed.
  2. Provide information regarding the development and implementation of new and/or complementary functionalities to the contracted Services.
  3. Supervise the correct functioning of the Website for the development of the contracted Services, making all reasonably possible efforts within our control and management capacity to ensure and maintain adequate availability of it at all times. For this purpose, it will provide technical support during office hours from 9:00 to 14:00 (UTC+1) Monday to Friday except holidays in Barcelona as well as the essential corrections that are necessary for the correct provision of the Services.
7.- Cancellation policy
Below, we explain our cancellation policy for all our Services. Remember that, when making a purchase, you enter into a legally binding contract with Turijobs. Therefore, we recommend reading and making sure you fully understand our cancellation and refund policy before contracting one of our Services.
As a Company you can request the cancellation of any Service at any time. However, keep in mind that, except in the exceptional cases we indicate below, once the budget is accepted, a Service is contracted, and/or a deposit or payment is made, you acknowledge and accept that, whether you use our acquired Services or not, it is not refundable and you must make payment of the total amounts accrued or agreed as a result of them in accordance with the accepted budget or modality selected when acquiring a Service. All contracted Services will be available until the initial agreed period expires or ends and/or any extension for your exclusive use, except in the case that you breach our terms and conditions accepted with their contracting.
What are the exceptional cases in which a refund applies?
You will be entitled to a refund in the following situations:
  1. Cases in which the right of withdrawal applies under the conditions indicated below.
  2. If the contracted Services are not started by us within sixty (60) days following their purchase and activation.
  3. If the provision of our Services does not conform to the accepted proposal and budgets and/or any additional written instruction previously agreed having requested its rectification within a period of fifteen days from its request.
  4. If Turijobs is totally prevented from fulfilling its obligations for a period of at least ninety (90) consecutive days as a result of the occurrence of a Force Majeure event that affects Turijobs in the provision of its Services.

As a Company you may exercise the right of withdrawal with respect to one or several contracted Services without the need for justification or penalty, only in cases where all and each of the following requirements are met:
  1. That the Company has the consideration of consumer or user as defined by current legislation on Consumer and User Defense. For this purpose, a consumer or user is considered to be the natural person who acts for a purpose unrelated to their commercial, business, trade or profession activity;
  2. That the Contract has been concluded at a distance, without the physical presence of the parties involved and that the conditions contained therein have not been negotiated between the parties;
  3. That the product or service resulting from the agreement is not personalized for the Company or is a digital content supply service;
  4. That the services have not been completely executed;
  5. And that this right is exercised during the withdrawal period, that is, fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract for the provision of one or several of our Services.

For this purpose, Turijobs does not accept any cancellation once a Service has been contracted, regardless of the chosen contracting format, if written notification is not provided (by letter, fax, email or field enabled for this purpose in the Company profile area), within the mentioned withdrawal period indicated. Such notification must be signed by the authorized representative persons of the Company, attaching ID where applicable.
In cases of Force Majeure affecting Turijobs, we may cancel, without additional responsibility, any pending unperformed Service, by written notification to the Company with at least ten (10) business days' notice.
In cases where a total or partial refund of the amounts received applies, we will refund you the applicable amount within thirty (30) days from the termination of the contract after written confirmation. Keep in mind that the agreed Rate may be adapted and, therefore, the refund will be made partially in proportion to the Service effectively available, developed or completed. For this purpose, remember that our offers for the Services have been especially personalized for you (in any of the contracting modalities) in view of the Services acquired and their duration. Therefore, in the mentioned cases, taking into account that the initially agreed contracting terms are affected, Turijobs will have the right to adapt and deduct from the price paid or due its usual rates for the Services performed.
On the contrary, partial refund will not apply if Turijobs cannot complete the Service due to actions and/or omissions exclusively of your responsibility. Therefore, the non-presentation of additional information or documents that we may request from you for the provision of the Services will not be considered a breach of the Services, no refund proceeding.

8.-Industrial and intellectual property
None of the statements contained in these Particular Conditions implies the assignment or transfer of any intellectual or industrial property right ownership of each party. Each of the parties expressly declares and accepts that each of the parties is the sole and exclusive owner of any intellectual property rights, designs, industrial property rights, commercial and/or business secrets, know-how or any other rights that may be used by the other Party for the development of the contracted Services.
All and each of the rights, interests and titles of Industrial and Intellectual Property regarding the works and designs that may be created specifically by Turijobs for the Company will be assigned to it exclusively with unlimited temporal and geographical character, provided that the Company has made payment for the Services provided by Turijobs, except for those derived from the use and development of the Website and tools contained therein used for the provision of the Services, whose ownership belongs to Turijobs and/or third parties. Thus, the provision of the Services does not imply, directly or indirectly, any assignment to the Company of intellectual property rights of which Turijobs is the owner prior to the provision of the Services, which will be and will continue to be the property of Turijobs, their copy, reproduction, distribution, public communication of any of their elements being prohibited without express consent from Turijobs.
The improper use of any distinctive sign protected by industrial or intellectual property rights will enable its owner to terminate the contract and request the corresponding compensation for damages and losses that may arise.
9.-Assignment and subcontracting
The Company will not be authorized to assign the rights and obligations included in this Contract to a third party without the prior written consent of Turijobs.
The Company authorizes Turijobs to subcontract any part of the Services to a third party after written communication. Such communication will not be necessary for Turijobs' usual providers, a fact known and accepted by the Company.
10.- Confidentiality
All information obtained as a consequence of the provision of the Services has the character of strictly confidential, the parties committing to keep it secret and not reveal it (hereinafter, "Confidential Information"). For this purpose, any data obtained by virtue of the provision of the Service is considered Confidential Information and, in particular, the information and data belonging to the other party and its management and operation, methods, additional services, ideas, procedures, technical, commercial or financial information to which access is had both retroactively and during its execution.
Each party will refrain from using the Confidential Information of the other for any purpose other than that which constitutes the object of the provision of the contracted Services, except express written authorization from the affected party.
The delivery of Confidential Information does not imply under any criterion, the granting of a License to use any "copyright", patent, patent rights, inventions, registered trademarks, rights over logos or proper names.
The confidentiality obligations established in this clause will remain in force during the provision of the Services and subsequently indefinitely upon termination, for any reason, of the relationship between Turijobs and the Company.
Communications or responses to authorities, public officials, courts or any others that are legally mandatory are expressly excluded from the confidentiality obligation, as well as data that are in the public domain, have been published or can be legally obtained through other sources.
11.- Termination
These Particular Conditions, and those that in relation to each of the Services are applicable, will terminate for the causes admitted both in the Civil Code and in the Commercial Code and, specifically, for the following: (i) by mutual agreement between the parties expressly manifested in writing and (ii) by the early resolution of the contracted Services in accordance with the terms and conditions that are developed in these Particular Conditions. In any case, the termination of the contractual relationship will not exempt the parties from compliance with pending obligations, in particular, the payment obligations assumed with the contracting of our Services.
Turijobs may withdraw or suspend at any time and without prior notice the provision of the Services in the case that it considers that illegal activities are being carried out and/or that endanger the integrity of the Website, Turijobs Services or breach any of the obligations assumed by virtue of the accepted Contracting Conditions.
12.- Warranties and limitation of liability
Turijobs declares that it is in possession of the just title and that, therefore, it has sufficient authorizations in matters of industrial, intellectual property, including copyright and image rights that may correspond to any persons who participate in the provision of the Services.
As a Client, for your part, you guarantee in the same way that all the material you deliver to us also does not infringe any intellectual or industrial property right, image or any other right that any third party may hold, being susceptible to being used without any limitation.
With the exception of the warranties established by law by Spanish legislation on the matter, Turijobs does not grant any additional warranty beyond those that are required. In particular, Turijobs does not guarantee, without prejudice to the use and enjoyment you make of the Website and our Services, that they satisfy your needs, that they work uninterruptedly or without errors or that the defects that may arise are corrected. The choice, use and results are the responsibility of the Company, so no information, advice verbal or in writing that We have provided, or is provided in the future, will constitute any warranty.
To the extent and scope that our liability is determined in view of what is indicated, Turijobs will not be liable in any case for lost profits (including, but not limited to, business interruption, loss of profit or savings), indirect or consequential damages or for administrative or judicial actions of any kind, in relation to the provision of the Services, against the Company or third parties that may claim against the Company. Nor will it be liable for emerging damage and direct damages when these do not depend exclusively on actions or omissions of Turijobs.
In any case, Turijobs' liability derived from the provision of the Services will be limited to the sum of all amounts paid by the Company during the last six (6) months preceding the occurrence of the event causing the damage, both for each incident and for the sum of all incidents occurred in said period.
13.- Miscellaneous
13.1.Independence of the parties.The Parties expressly declare that they act with total independence from each other for the execution of their own businesses and activities. Nothing agreed in these Particular Conditions can be constitutive of an employment, agency, commission or association relationship.

13.2.Waiver of rights.The delay or omission of the Parties in exercising or claiming their rights under this Agreement will not affect such rights nor may it be interpreted as a waiver of the exercise of the same or tolerance of their breach.

13.3. Sole agreement.This Contract and its Annexes form a single legal body, which is the only valid agreement between the Parties. Consequently, any commitment or communication, oral or written, prior to the signing of this Contract that does not expressly appear in it or in its Annexes is annulled and without any value.

13.4.Partial validity.When by judicial provision or of any other nature, any of the non-essential clauses of the Contracting Conditions is declared invalid or ineffective, totally or partially, such invalidity or ineffectiveness will not extend to the rest of the provided conditions, which will remain in force and fully effective. For this purpose, it is agreed to replace any clause that becomes invalid or ineffective with another valid and effective one, trying to make the effect of the latter as similar as possible to that of the first.

13.5.Non-exclusivity.The provision of the Services does not have an exclusive character for any of the parties, so the Company accepts that the Services may be contracted by third-party entities directly or in association with third parties.

13.6. Force Majeure.Neither Party will be responsible for any delay or failure in the provision of the Services or in their quality if these have been caused in cases of force majeure. By way of example and not limitation, "Force Majeure Event" will be considered, natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, explosions, fires, riots, terrorist attacks and wars, labor conflicts, actions of governmental entities, hacker attacks, viruses or other types of malware or software infections, power failures and legislative changes.
When a Force Majeure Event occurs, the Party whose performance is affected must notify the other Party in writing and will do everything possible to resume its performance as soon as possible.
To the extent that a Force Majeure Event occurs that makes performance inadvisable, illegal or impossible, the parties, with prior written consent from both, may (i) negotiate and modify the affected obligations equitably, (ii) Resolve the fulfillment of their obligations under this Agreement if the force majeure case continues three (3) months later. However, remember that refund or cancellation of due amounts will not occur in cases of Force Majeure as long as these do not affect Turijobs' capacity for the development of the provision of the contracted Services.

13.7.Notifications.All notifications or other communications that must be made within the framework of the provision of the Services must be made in writing (sent by email, certified mail with acknowledgment of receipt, facsimile, etc.), and may be directed by Turijobs to the attention of the contact persons indicated in the Service request, or to those indicated as authorized contacts subsequently by the Company.
