We are looking for a hospitality-driven professional to become the first point of contact for our guests, delivering a warm, attentive, and seamless welcome to our clubhouse.
As the face of Ando Living, you will play a key role in shaping the guest journey from the very first interaction. This position is essential in creating memorable experiences while supporting the organization, management, and promotion of our Club. You will contribute to an engaging, efficient environment aligned with our lifestyle hospitality concept and brand values.
Responsabilities:
-Welcome and assist guests throughout check-in and check-out, acting as a brand ambassador during their entire stay and ensuring a warm, empathetic, and consistent service experience.
-Manage reservations, guest requests, complaints, and special requirements with professionalism and care, delivering high-quality and memorable experiences.
-Provide personalized service by anticipating guest needs and preferences.
-Act as a local host, recommending restaurants, cultural events, and authentic experiences.
-Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and seamless service delivery.
-Ensure the consistent deliver of the brand’s premium service standards.
