MISSION: Responsble for the proactive research and analysis of new Hotel opportunities in the assigned area, finalized to their incorporation, under franchise, in the Company in accordance with the strategic plan set by area. Functional key contact in the assigned area, responsible for conducting negotiations with internal partners (in particular Development VP and Director) on each project and feasibility analysis. What will you have to do: • Internal presentation of the projects for the approval and definition of the next steps; • Prioritization of projects based on the strategy defined by the VP Development according to the strategic expansion plan; • According to the negotiation policy established for each project: (i) direct management of negotiations with the owners, until their closure and/or (ii) support to the negotiations conducted by the Development Director; - Preparation of the necessary documentation for the approval of projects; - Creation of a strong network of contacts in the assigned area to enhance growth in the area according to expansion map; • Constant analysis of the assigned area market to identify potential growth markets and enhance brand growth based on the strategic growth plan. What we are looking for: • Minimum 5 year of experience in the same position or similar role mainly focused on negotation processes, coming from a multinational environment, preferably in hotels, agencies, TTOO, or real estate agencies or consultants specialized in the hotel market. • Experience in locations with access to the network of contacts and owners, investors or hotel operators. • Strong decision making, selling, interpersonal skills,ability to organize are needed requirements for this profile. • Graduation in Economy, Tourism, Law are preferred • Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory • The position is based in Milan but the candidate must be available to travel 4 or 5 days per month The position can be classified at level A2 of the National Collective Contract Turismo AICA, with an initial economic treatment not lower than the contractual minimums foreseen for the level that will be identified at the outcome of the selection (level A2: € 2.348,11 gross monthly). The initial Gross Annual Salary is between € 60.000,00.
