We pride ourselves on creating unique and unforgettable experiences for both business and leisure travelers. Mission: As a Bar Waiter, you will be at the forefront of our guest experience, delivering outstanding service and ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere at the bar. With your knowledge of cocktails, wines, and coffee service, you will help create memorable moments that reflect the spirit of ME Lisbon. What will you have to do?  • Providing outstanding service to guests at the bar and tables, preparing and serving a wide range of drinks, including cocktails, spirits, wines, and coffees. • Suggesting beverages, pairings, and coffee options to elevate the customer’s overall experience. • Managing guest requests and incidents in a professional and courteous manner, liaising with the Guest Experience Department when necessary. • Taking control of daily inventories (glassware, crockery, cutlery, table linen, and bar supplies). • Ensuring preventive maintenance and deep cleaning tasks are completed to keep the bar in top condition. • Following all opening and closing procedures with accuracy and consistency. • Complying with health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.  What are we looking for?  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. • High level of Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus). • Solid knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and coffee service, as well as food handling, hygiene, and food safety standards. • Passion for hospitality, customer service, and attention to detail. • Proactive, organized, and capable of thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
