Mission: As a Bartender, you will support the daily bar operations by delivering high-quality beverage service, ensuring brand standards are met, and contributing to an exceptional guest experience. What will you have to do? • Prepare and serve beverages in line with ME brand standards, ensuring refined presentation and exceptional quality. • Curate a personalized and engaging guest journey through warm, attentive, and intuitive service. • Support the seamless flow of daily bar operations, contributing to an elevated service atmosphere. • Ensure impeccable bar setup, closing procedures, and pristine workspaces at all times. • Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and product care, supporting stock control and rotation. • Collaborate fluidly with the bar team and cross-functional departments, supporting events and exclusive bar experiences. • Support bar setups for events and collaborate with other departments. • Actively promote signature cocktails and premium products, enhancing the overall lifestyle and luxury positioning of the bar. What are we looking for? • 1–2 years of experience as a bartender, preferably in a 5-star hotel or refined, high-end bar environment. • Solid foundation in mixology, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service, with a strong understanding of hygiene and safety standards. • Naturally guest-focused, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering elevated service. • A collaborative team player, able to perform confidently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Well-organized, with clear and effective communication skills. • Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential; additional languages are highly valued.
