Job Summary: To manage properly all the activities related to F&B Hostess position What will I be doing? • Keeps their work area tidy and clean with all the equipment and supplies required for the service, keeping menus and bill holders in good condition. • Participates in briefings at the beginning of each shift to get information on dishes of the day, VIPs, groups, events, and general comments and sharing information. • Consistently offers a warm and professional welcome and farewell to guests and customers on arrival and departure, always with an impeccable posture and personal presentation. • Greets customers with a nice smile and cordial greeting and leads them to their table. • Responsible for taking reservations by phone, accurately noting customer data: name, time booked, number of diners, place where they are staying and telephone number. • Ensure the customer's experience and personalise their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations. What are we looking for? • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and strong Public Relations Attitude • Must be fluent in English; other languages are preferred • Flexibility, strong motivation and ambition for professional growth The position can be classified at level C3 of the National Collective Contract Turismo AICA, with an initial economic treatment not lower than the contractual minimums foreseen for the level that will be identified at the outcome of the selection (level C3: €1.621,40 gross monthly). The Gross Annual Salary is €22.699,60, in relation to the skills, experience gained, degree of autonomy, responsibilities and working conditions of the position.
