What will be your mission? Give Support to the International purchasing department with international contests in which the company participates What will you do? • Give Support to the International purchasing department with international contests in which the company participates. • Manage and draw up contracts, agreements and product sheets. • Classify information regarding suppliers. • Assist in the analysis of tenders submitted by suppliers and products. • Resolve incidents from other business units with international suppliers. • Maintain contact with all business units. What are we looking for? EXPERIENCE • International Experience QUALIFICATIONS • Preferably a student in its final year of Business Management and Administration, European Business Program or Master Degree (MBA, Hotel Business Management, etc.). Applications from foreign students are welcome, especially the ones who are pursuing bilingual degrees or forming part of an international study program • High level of English, written and spoken. You will be working mostly with international contacts. • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (Microsoft Office,TMS, etc) PREFERRED SKILLS • Results driven and focus on detail • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently • Excellent management and organizational skills • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills Why choose us?
