As Hotel Manager for our hotel chain in Berlin, Germany, you will be responsible for leading all hotel operations, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adherence to quality standards. Your duties will include staff supervision, strategic planning, budget control, and fostering a positive work environment. We are looking for someone with at least 2-3 years of experience in management positions within the hospitality industry, a university degree, fluency in German, and strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

This includes technical, economic, commercial, planning, and development coordination for daily and medium- to long-term hotel operations. - FUNCTIONS: Planning material and human resources. Comprehensive management and coordination of hotel operations. Other responsibilities include: • Managing and controlling processes for the optimal development of hotel operations. • Responsible for cost control and budget adherence. • Organizing and coordinating all hotel departments. Negotiating with and sourcing suppliers. • Team management: leadership and constant communication with department heads to ensure continuous improvement, guarantee quality service, and monitor work and training protocols. Management of teams with leadership skills, dynamism, initiative, flexibility, and honesty. Essential languages: German, English and Spanish
