To share with our customers 100% homemade, authentic Italian dishes in beautifully designed spaces, with big smiles! Join our amazing team as Chef De Partie in Grill Section! YOUR MISSION: • You will be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team! • You will be overseeing the hot section to prepare our authentic Italian dishes from scratch. • You will be communicating regularly with kitchen management, helping with onboarding and training of the new chefs and ensuring the hot section is operating smoothly. • You will respect health & safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen. • You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day! • You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a "problem solver" attitude. YOUR SKILLS: • Big Smile and passion for Italian food! • Great energy, proactive attitude and team spirit • Excellent teamwork, leadership and communication skills • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a big and busy section • Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine • Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings OUR OFFER: • €16 per hour + tronc • Tasty staff food served family style • Regular training & growth opportunities • Mobility across all of our venues in Europe Ti aspettiamo!
