Ihre AufgabenLe mansioni: Receptionist: gestione della reception e della clientela interna ed esterna; check-in e check-out; accoglienza degli ospiti; preparazione per il meeting settimanale; accettazione ed elaborazione delle prenotazioni; comuncazione con altri reparti e molto altro.. Event Coordinator: supporto diretto nella preparazione di eventi (matrimoni, feste private, seminari, workshop ecc.); organizzazione e coordinamento in autonomia di piccoli eventi; controllo e gestione del post evento e tanto altro.. Die Aufgaben: Receptionist: Empfangsmanagement und internes und externes Kundenmanagement; Check-in und Check-out; Empfang von Gästen; Vorbereitung des wöchentlichen Meetings; Annahme und Bearbeitung von Buchungen; Kommunikation mit anderen Abteilungen und vieles mehr.. Event Coordinator: direkte Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Veranstaltungen (Hochzeiten, privaten Feiern, Seminaren, Workshops etc..); Organisation und Koordination kleiner Veranstaltungen; Nachbereitung der Events und vieles mehr... Requisitos
Il profilo: • Una formazione nell'industria alberghiera o del turismo o una corrispondente esperienza professionale • Elevato grado di flessibilità, alto senso della responsabilità e capacità di lavorare in team • Flessibilità nei turni di lavoro, compreso impiego nel week-end • Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana, tedesca e inglese scritta e parlata • Capacità di lavorare in modo strutturato in situazioni di stress • Capacità di assumere e svolgere compiti amministrativi e operativi Das Profil: • Eine Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder im Tourismus oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung • Hohes Mass an Flexibilität, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit • Flexibilität im Schichtdienst, einschliesslich Bereitschaft auch am Wochenende • Gute kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der italienischen, deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift • Fähigkeit, in Stresssituationen strukturiert zu arbeiten • Fähigkeit, administrative und operative Aufgaben durchzuführen
