About the Role
Vestige Collection is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager with strong recruitment expertise, bilingual fluency, and a proactive, detail-oriented and strategic mindset. This is a key role contributing to the growth of our team across our portfolio of luxury heritage properties, ensuring we attract professionals who embody our core values of quiet luxury and exquisite hospitality, creating a homely, relaxing atmosphere in historic settings for our clients.
This is a remote role and the occasional visits to our properties across will help you gain first-hand insight into our unique brand, its extraordinary properties, and our talented team.
Where are you?
• Candidates should be based in Balearic Islands.
What are the key responsibilities?
• Design and implement talent attraction strategies aligned with our employer brand and values.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partner with hotel managers and department heads to identify staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for seasonal and permanent positions across our properties.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects the quality and care of our brand.
• Collaborate with the Learning & Development team on onboarding and other employee development initiatives.
• Manage and optimise ATS and recruitment tools to streamline processes.
