Ihre Hauptaufgaben: Professioneller Empfang und Betreuung der Gäste an der Rezeption. Check-in und Check-out Abwicklung. Telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz (E-Mail, Reservierungen, Anfragen). Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen (Housekeeping, Restaurant, Management). Bearbeitung von Beschwerden und Anliegen mit Freundlichkeit und Lösungsorientierung. Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben und Organisation. Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossene Hotelfachausbildung oder vergleichbare Erfahrung. Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Hotels (vorzugsweise 4*/5*). Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil). Gepflegtes Auftreten, exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Motivation, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit.
