Job Summary: To manage properly all the activities related to the Barman Position.What will I be doing? • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons. • Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks. • Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations. • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails. • Check customers' identification to confirm legal drinking age. • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. • Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. • Comply with all food and beverage regulations. What are we looking for? • Previous experience in cocktail preparation. • Friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude. • Enjoy being part of a team. • Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service. • Great communication skills and desire to develop and progress in your role. • Good stress management and organizational skills. • Fluent in Italian and English.
