We’re Looking for a PM Server Responsibilities: • Greet guests promptly and professionally. • Present menus and explain specials. • Answer questions from guests. • Make recommendations and upsell food, beverages, desserts, and specialty items. • Take accurate food and beverage orders. • Enter orders correctly into the POS system. • Deliver food and beverages according to service standards. • Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction. • Anticipate guest needs before being asked. • Process payments accurately and thank guests upon departure. • Maintain table cleanliness throughout service. • Refill beverages as needed. • Remove used plates, glassware, and utensils promptly. • Reset tables efficiently for the next guests. • Complete opening side work. • Complete closing side work. • Ensure menus are clean and presentable. • Polish silverware and glassware. • Maintain cleanliness. • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Requirements: • Previous restaurant, hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. • Ability to communicate effectively in English. Additional languages are a plus. • Strong interpersonal and guest service skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. • Basic mathematical skills for handling checks, payments, and cash transactions. • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, mornings, evenings, and special events. • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. • Ability to lift and carry trays, plates, glassware, and restaurant supplies up to 25 pounds. • Ability to follow company policies, SOPs, and service standards. Schedule: This position requires fully availability during afternoons and evenings. Weekends required. Work Location: Miami South Beach, FL. Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of being stand and lifting 15 pounds or more Work Authorization: Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
