Job description
As Bartender, you will be responsible for the following duties: - Understanding the outlet’s concept and beverage offerings and confidently explaining them to guests. - Crafting and serving high-quality cocktails, non-alcoholic drinks, wines, spirits, and beers, garnishing them to standard and recommending drinks when appropriate. - Ensuring bar mise en place is prepared for efficient service, maintaining all ingredients, bottles, and equipment in order and checking inventory daily. - Assisting the Head of Bars in creating new cocktails, supporting menu promotions, and keeping product knowledge up to date. - Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and storage areas, including deep cleaning and proper fridge management. - Handling POS operations, processing orders, and supporting cashiering tasks as needed. - Delivering personalized, friendly service, observing guest needs, creating WOW moments, and ensuring satisfaction from arrival to departure in line with MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences (LQEs) and MOHG standards. - Communicating effectively with colleagues and management, proactively supporting the team, and reporting guest preferences to ensure seamless service. - Provide guidance across all outlets in coffee preparation and service, assisting when necessary - Offer appropriate beverage suggestions based on guest preferences, promoting and upselling in a positive and friendly manner when suitable - Maintain and organize appropriate stock levels, ensuring sufficient inventory for daily operations - Demonstrate strong teamwork by proactively supporting colleagues in operational tasks and assisting with general table maintenance during bar and beverage service
Requirements
As Bartender, we expect from you: Experience and education - Hold a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. - Have at least 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role. - Previous experience in luxury hospitality is preferred. Technical Skills - Strong knowledge of luxury beverage service and hospitality standards. - Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized, memorable experiences. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills to ensure smooth operations. - Professional presentation, warm demeanor, and passion for service. - Familiarity with POS systems and standard bar procedures. - Awareness of health, safety, and hygiene standards in all service areas.
