ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES: - Management of inbound and outbound calls for sales campaigns, using provided leads and working with a database of interested customers. - Following up and updating information in the system according to the progress of each sales opportunity. - Providing customer service and guidance, offering clear information and resolving queries regarding products or services. - Managing and drafting emails, ensuring effective and professional communication. - Recording and reporting daily activities related to the campaign.
