      1. Request the sending of offers by email.
      2. Apply for an offer or request information about it.
      3. Register on this portal (which includes the possibility of configuring the personal area so that their data can be transferred to different categories of third parties).
      4. Also receive information about news, promotions and offers (employment, training or events), including electronically.
    2. Company Users who publish job offers, training or events: They can enter their data essentially via the following possibilities, being able to modulate the purposes essentially to the following groups of purposes and with the processing of their data being limited to the following COMPANY Privacy Policy:
      1. Register on this portal (which includes the possibility of configuring the personal area so that data can be transferred to third parties).
      2. Publish paid offers and be able to search the CANDIDATE database for their selection.
      3. Also receive information about news, promotions and offers from third parties (on employment, training or events), including electronically.

1.- INFORMATION AND CONSENT
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection, as well as current regulations, by accepting this Privacy Policy, the user (hereinafter, the "Candidate") gives their informed, express, free and unequivocal consent for the personal data they provide through browsing the TURIJOBS website https://www.turijobs.com/ (hereinafter, the "Website"), as well as any other data they may provide in the future during a selection process, to be processed by TURIJOBS in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy for Candidates.

The Candidate must carefully read this Privacy Policy, which has been drafted clearly and simply, to facilitate its understanding and allow them to freely and voluntarily determine whether they wish to provide their personal data to TURIJOBS.
2.- OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE DATA
The data requested in the forms provided on the Website are, in general and unless otherwise specified in the specific field, necessary for TURIJOBS to fulfill the purposes for which they are being collected.

Therefore, if they are not provided or are not provided correctly, the Candidate's job application cannot be processed.
In the event that you provide us with data from third parties, you declare that you have their consent and you undertake to transfer the information contained in this Privacy Policy for Candidates to them, exempting us from any responsibility in this regard.
3.- FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?
The personal data we process through the TURIJOBS Website will be used for the following purposes:
  1. Manage the Candidate's application for offers or request information about them.
  2. Manage registration on the TURIJOBS portal as a Candidate, as well as the configuration of their data in the personal area. The assessment of the Candidate's capacity may involve the creation of a profile that will include data provided by the Candidate and any other data they may provide in the future, should they become part of a selection process. For this, TURIJOBS may contact the Candidate through the channels they provide in order to collect more information.
  3. Manage and attend to user requests or suggestions sent to us through the contact means of the "Contact" form.
  4. Management and sending of commercial communications related to information about news, promotions and offers from third parties (on employment, training or events), electronically.
  5. Assistance to eventual events for the selection of candidates.
  6. Conducting quality and satisfaction surveys to assess the Candidate's experience with the option to participate in a contest.

In no case will automated decisions be made that may affect the outcome of the submitted application.
4.- LEGITIMATION OF PROCESSING AND DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The processing of Candidate data by TURIJOBS is legitimized by the requested consent, which can be withdrawn at any time, and by legitimate interest. In particular, TURIJOBS processes data with the following legitimizing bases:
  1. Manage the Candidate's application for offers or request information about them: The data processing derived from this purpose is the Candidate's consent granted at the time of providing their personal data, after reading and accepting this Privacy Policy for Candidates, which may be withdrawn at any time, without prejudice to the legality of the processing carried out until then.
  2. Manage registration on the TURIJOBS portal as a Candidate: The data processing derived from this purpose is the Candidate's consent granted at the time of providing their personal data, after reading and accepting this Privacy Policy for Candidates, which may be withdrawn at any time, without prejudice to the legality of the processing carried out until then.
  3. Manage and attend to user requests or suggestions sent to us through the contact means of the "Contact" form: The data processing derived from this purpose is consent, which the Candidate may withdraw at any time. If the User withdraws consent, the query or question raised cannot be processed.
  4. Management and sending of commercial communications related to information about news, promotions and offers from third parties (on employment, training or events), electronically: The data processing derived from this purpose is the legitimate interest recognized to the Data Controller TURIJOBS upon being registered as a Candidate, which may be opposed at any time.
  5. Assistance to eventual events for the selection of candidates: The data processing derived from this purpose is the express consent given by the Candidate through their attendance.
  6. Conducting quality and satisfaction surveys: The processing derived from conducting quality and satisfaction surveys will be based on legitimate interest, recognized to the Data Controller, TURIJOBS, by the regulations.

This legitimate interest is based on being able to offer Candidates TURIJOBS services with the highest quality and best possible experience.

Likewise, TURIJOBS informs the Candidate that the personal data provided by the interested party will be kept for a maximum period of 1 year, unless they previously exercise their right of deletion.

However, the user may withdraw their consent at any time, in the cases indicated, although this will not affect the legality of the processing carried out previously.
5.- COMMUNICATION OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
TURIJOBS will communicate Candidate data to competent authorities (Courts, Administrations, etc.) in case of legal obligation.
Additionally, Candidates are informed that their personal data will be communicated to the entities interested in their application, to entities of the StepStone Group in order to manage the selection processes, committing themselves to the processing of said personal data, solely and exclusively for the fulfillment of the purposes previously indicated in this Privacy Policy for Candidates.

Once the data that the Candidate has given permission to the Companies has been transferred, the latter will be responsible for the subsequent processing they carry out without TURIJOBS being responsible beyond its own and limited data processing detailed on our Website. In any case, the data you provide directly to the Companies using the means of application to the offers on the Website or outside of it, will be understood as transferred directly by the Candidate to the Companies outside the responsibility of TURIJOBS in what is not provided for in the legal texts of our Website.
6.- EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
As the data owner, the Candidate can, at any time and free of charge, send a letter to TURIJOBS to any of the addresses indicated in the header of this Privacy Policy for Candidates, attaching a photocopy of their identity document, to exercise the following rights:
a) Right of Access:
You will have the right for TURIJOBS to inform you whether or not it is processing your personal data and, if so, to access said data and receive information about the purposes for which they are being processed, the categories of data affected by the processing, the recipients to whom your personal data have been communicated and the foreseen data retention period, among other information.
b) Right of Rectification and Deletion:
You will have the right to request the deletion of personal data whenever the applicable legal requirements are met, and the rectification of inaccurate data concerning you when, among other reasons, they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
c) Limitation of processing, withdrawal of consent and total or partial opposition to processing:
In certain circumstances (for example, if the applicant disputes the accuracy of their data, while their accuracy is verified), you may request that the processing of your personal data be limited, these being solely processed for the exercise or defense of claims.
You will also have the right to withdraw the consent given and to oppose the processing at any time. In this case, TURIJOBS will cease processing, unless legitimate reasons are accredited.

You will have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to TURIJOBS in a structured, common and machine-readable format, and to be able to transmit them to another data controller without the controller to whom you provided them preventing it, in the legally foreseen cases for these purposes.
f) Others:
When personal data is transferred outside the European Union, you will have the right to be informed about how to access or obtain a copy of the appropriate safeguards relating to the transfer.
Likewise, you may file a complaint regarding the protection of your personal data with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 - Madrid, when the interested party considers that TURIJOBS has violated the rights recognized by the applicable data protection regulations.
7.- CANDIDATE'S RESPONSIBILITY
The Candidate guarantees that they are over eighteen (18) years of age and that the data they provide to TURIJOBS are true, accurate, complete and up-to-date. For these purposes, the Candidate is responsible for the veracity of all the data they communicate and will keep the information provided conveniently updated, so that it reflects their real situation.
Likewise, they guarantee that they have informed third parties whose data they provide, if applicable, of the aspects contained in this document. They also guarantee that they have obtained their authorization to provide their data to TURIJOBS for the stated purposes.
In any case, the Candidate will be responsible for any false or inaccurate information they provide through the Platform and for any direct or indirect damages that this may cause to TURIJOBS or third parties.
8.- SECURITY MEASURES
Finally, we inform you that TURIJOBS will process the Candidate's data at all times in an absolutely confidential manner and observing the mandatory duty of secrecy regarding them, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations, adopting for this purpose the necessary technical and organizational measures that guarantee the security of their data and prevent their alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which they are exposed.

4.- LEGITIMATION OF PROCESSING AND DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The processing of Company data by TURIJOBS is legitimized by the fulfillment of the contractual relationship, as well as by the requested consent, which can be withdrawn at any time, and by legitimate interest. In particular, TURIJOBS processes data with the following legitimizing bases:
  1. Manage the publication of paid offers by the Company, as well as searches in the Candidate database for their selection: The data processing derived from this purpose will be based on the fulfillment of the contractual relationship.
  2. Manage registration on the TURIJOBS portal as a Company: The data processing derived from this purpose is the Company's consent granted at the time of providing their personal data, after reading and accepting this Privacy Policy for Companies, which may be withdrawn at any time, without prejudice to the legality of the processing carried out until then.
  3. Manage and attend to user requests or suggestions sent to us through the contact means of the "Contact" form: The data processing derived from this purpose is consent, which the Company may withdraw at any time. If the User withdraws consent, the query or question raised cannot be processed.
  4. Management and sending of commercial communications related to information about news, promotions and offers from third parties (on employment, training or events), electronically: The data processing derived from this purpose is the legitimate interest recognized to the Data Controller TURIJOBS upon being registered as a Company, which may be opposed at any time.

This legitimate interest is based on being able to offer Companies TURIJOBS services with the highest quality and best possible experience.

Likewise, TURIJOBS informs that the data provided to manage the publication of paid offers by the Company, as well as assistance to events for the selection of candidates, will be kept during the contractual relationship and, once it has ended, during the limitation period for legal actions that may arise from it.

However, the user may withdraw their consent at any time, in the cases indicated, although this will not affect the legality of the processing carried out previously.
5.- COMMUNICATION OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
TURIJOBS will communicate Company data to competent authorities (Courts, Administrations, etc.) in case of legal obligation.

Additionally, the Company is informed that their personal data will be communicated to the Candidates interested in their offer, to entities of the Group in order to manage the selection processes, committing themselves to the processing of said personal data, solely and exclusively for the fulfillment of the purposes previously indicated in this Privacy Policy for Companies.
6.- EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
As the data owner, the Company can, at any time and free of charge, send a letter to TURIJOBS to any of the addresses indicated in the header of this Privacy Policy for Companies, attaching a photocopy of their identity document, to exercise the following rights:

In any case, the User will be responsible for any false or inaccurate information they provide through the Platform and for any direct or indirect damages that this may cause to TURIJOBS or third parties.
8.- SECURITY MEASURES
Finally, we inform you that TURIJOBS will process the Company's data at all times in an absolutely confidential manner and observing the mandatory duty of secrecy regarding them, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations, adopting for this purpose the necessary technical and organizational measures that guarantee the security of their data and prevent their alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which they are exposed.
9.- CV Analysis
Your profile data will be completed with the data included in your CV in order to provide the main service of this website, although, in any case, you can configure the privacy and activated alerts of your profile. You agree to have read and understood the privacy policy.
