Hotel Res Bot is a young, fast-growing SaaS company with a clear mission: we want to give hotel reservation departments their time back. Through our self-trained AI, HERA, we automate inbound communications, allowing hotel teams to move away from repetitive manual tasks and focus on being hosts.
Our platform is a deeply integrated automation layer that bridges the gap between guest messaging and the hotel tech stack (PMS, IBE, CRS). While we handle the full spectrum of individual booking inquiries, we also tackle the high-volume complexities of Group Business. We understand that the group proposal and booking process is a significant manual burden for most hotels; by automating these workflows, we allow reservation teams to reclaim their workday and focus on higher-value tasks finally.
