We are looking for an Operations & Back Office Travel Advisor to join our team. This role is primarily focused on operational coordination and itinerary execution within the luxury travel segment. Previous experience working with high-end or bespoke travel is highly valued. A strong knowledge of Spain and Portugal as destinations is essential. A solid command of English is required, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level, C1 or higher preferred), as the role involves regular communication with international travel advisors and partners. Although the company is based in the Basque Country, remote candidates from other locations may also be considered. Key responsibilities will include: • Designing detailed, tailor-made itineraries • Managing and confirming reservations with hotels, guides, transport providers, and other partners • Preparing comprehensive travel documentation and final client materials • Coordinating operational logistics to ensure seamless execution of each program The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple files simultaneously with precision and efficiency. Experience with CRM systems or industry tools such as Travefy, GIAV, or similar platforms will be considered a strong advantage. The position reports directly to the Operations Management team. There is potential for progression to a full-time position and a permanent contract, depending on performance and company growth. Salary will be negotiated based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
