Room Attendant Key Responsibilities: • Clean daily occupied and checkout rooms according to MOHG standards (AM and PM Shifts) • Replenish guest supplies and amenities as per hotel procedures. • Report maintenance issues using hotel systems. • Keep the housekeeping pantry tidy and stocked. • Handle guest requests professionally and courteously. Expected Profile: • Attention to detail and quality-oriented. • Ability to work independently under pressure. • Positive attitude and willingness to provide exceptional service. • Knowledge of cleaning protocols and chemical usage.
