We are looking for an experienced Head of Maintenance to lead maintenance operations across our Ibiza venues: OBeach Ibiza and Bam-Bu-Ku Ibiza — two daytime venues focused on poolside events and hospitality experiences. This is a fulltime year-round position, with an immediate start. The maintenance manager will oversee the department, coordinate daily operations, prioritise tasks, and ensure all facilities and technical systems are always operating efficiently and safely. Your main responsibilities will be: - Lead maintenance and technical operations across multiple hospitality venues. - Plan and manage preventive maintenance programmes, as well as reactive repairs when required. - Oversee HVAC, electrical systems, pool plant operations, water systems, and general building infrastructure. - Manage contractors, suppliers, and the performance of the engineering and maintenance teams. - Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, statutory inspections, and operational standards. - Control maintenance budgets, support capex planning, and asset improvement projects. - Support refurbishments, seasonal opening and closing procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requisitos
- Proven leadership experience in maintenance, engineering, or facilities management within hospitality, hotels, resorts, leisure venues, or similar operational environments. - Strong technical knowledge of building services and plant operations. - Experience managing teams, contractors, and multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. - Strong commercial insight, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive leadership approach. - Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
