Operational OwnershipAs a Guest Services Agent Trainee, I will perform the following key tasks: • Handle all incoming telephone and email communications, ensuring they are promptly and appropriately redirected or actioned. • Conduct pre-arrival communication with guests to ensure a seamless and personalized arrival experience. • Accurately record and update all guest preferences in the relevant systems, enabling operational teams to prepare and exceed guest expectations. • Stay fully informed about all hotel activities and offerings, providing up-to-date information to guests, making bookings directly, or liaising with the Concierge when necessary. • Maintain impeccable telephone etiquette while adapting communication style to each guest, ensuring they feel comfortable and well cared for. • Play an active role throughout all stages of the guest journey, demonstrating a strong understanding of internal processes and adherence to LQA Standards. • Efficiently manage multiple systems and platforms simultaneously while handling various guest-related information. • Oversee the correct use of the Six Senses App for in-house guest communication and monitor the timely completion of all pending tasks. Skills and ExperienceTo execute the position of Guest Service Agent Trainee, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills. Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems and LQA standards.I am a personally involved, visible and proactive host with excellent organizational skills. I have an intuitive sense of product and service quality, a passion for excellence and an understanding of the sophisticated needs of the luxury customer and I have experience and I am able to work in a cross-cultural environment positively. I have an excellent command of written and spoken English. Spanish is a plus. I will maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses in terms of guidelines, rules and regulations, brand and operating standards, facilities and services.
