Wir suchen Sie! Als Réceptionist/in im Hof Maran sind Sie die Visitenkarte für den Betrieb und Botschafter/in für Arosa. Sie haben Freude daran Gäste zu beraten und zu betreuen. In unserem kleinen Team sind wir es gewohnt, dass alle Verantwortung übernehmen. Ihre Herausforderungen:Selbständiges Führen der Früh- und Spätschicht. Intensive und dienstleistungsorientierte Gästebetreuung. Handling von Zimmerreservationen inkl. Korrespondenz, Sales. Sales/Kundenbetreuung ausserhalb der Saison (Frühling/Herbst). Was Sie von uns erwarten können:Möglichkeit zur aktiven Mitgestaltung des Betriebs, Einbringung von eigenen Ideen. Betriebsinterne Schulungen. Spannende Herausforderungen. Nutzung des modernen Fitnessbereichs (100m2). Mitarbeiterzimmer im Betrieb. Vergünstigte Schneesport-Pässe.
Requisitos
• Sie haben bereits an einer Réception gearbeitet und/oder verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre im Hotelfach. • Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift und allenfalls eine zusätzliche Sprache (I/Es/F). • Sie haben das Auge für Details. • Hohes Mass an Selbständigkeit. • Sie beherrschen die gängigen Office- und Front Office-Programme (Protel-Erfahrung von Vorteil). • Sie verstehen sich als Bindeglied zwischen den einzelnen Departments im Betrieb.
