IntroductionLe Grand Bellevue is considered one of the most traditional and oldest luxury hotels in Gstaad. It combines the luxury and sophistication of a grand hotel with the charming atmosphere of a cozy country house. Surrounded by a private park, the five-star hotel is located directly on Gstaad's famous promenade and has 57 elegant guest rooms. We are looking forward welcoming a new team member for the position of: Front Office Agent (m/w) Your tasksAssist guests with check-in and check-out procedures according to LQA standards Provide information about the hotel facilities Handle cash, process payments and check billing details Operating the telephone switchboard (answering and forwarding calls e/d/f) Offer assistance with any guest requests Manage reservations, walk-ins and monitor room availability if necessary Sie erwartet:Get your accommodation in our staff houses in the surroundings of the hotel Select the half/full board from our staff restaurant Enjoy discounted stays in Swiss Deluxe Hotels Enjoy the benefits and discounts of the YOURGSTAAD card Get access to Brands for Employees and their platform of deals

At least two years of professional experience in the same position in the upscale hotel industry
Good oral and written language skills (d/f/e)
Good computer and MS Office skills
Opera Cloud knowledge
Guest-oriented, professional and willing to work in a team
Swiss or EU/EFTA citizen, due to work permit
