EinleitungFür unser Ferienhotel an schönster Panoramalage über den Lago Maggiore suchen wir ab circa März 2026 einen Chef de Service. Ihre AufgabenGemeinsam mit unserem Serviceteam verwöhnen Sie unsere internationalen Gäste in unserem Restaurant Settimocielo/Bistrot oder auf unsere Panoramaterrasse. Es erwartet Sie eine abwechslunsreiche Aufgabe im Service für unsere Halbpensionsgästen, à la carte oder Poolservice. Ihr umfangreiches Hauptaufgabengebiet umfasst unter anderem: Leitung und reibungslose Organisation aller F&B-Bereiche (Restaurants, Bars, Catering, Room Service) Tägliche Abläufe überwachen Gemeinsam mit unserem Küchenchef sind Sie für die hohe Qualität von Speisen, Getränken und Gästeservice verantzwortlich Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft und Unterstützung des Teams Führung, Motivation und Coaching des F&B-Teams Mitverantwortung für das Restaurations-Budget Einsatzplanung mit MIRUS Kontrolle und Bearbeitung unseres Kassasystems Lightspeed sowie Bearbeitung unseres Reservationssystems Hygiene-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards überwachen Beschwerden professionell bearbeiten und Lösungen finden Gäste-Feedback aktiv einholen und das Angebot verbessern Wir bietenEs erwartet Sie eine vielseitige Tätigkeit in einem tollen Team. Zur Verfügung steht unser Personalhaus, die Benützung unseres Fitnessstudios sowie Ermässigungen in den Restaurants, im Hotel für Übernachtung für Sie und Ihre Familie.
Requisitos
Sie haben Erfahrung in der gehobenen Schweizer Gastronomie, sind ein Teamplayer und verfügen über ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in italienisch und deutsch.
