This role will be essential in strengthening and expanding the digital presence of Serras Collection across Barcelona, Andorra, Sevilla, and future openings as our portfolio continues to grow.

Online Marketing Manager

Responsabilidades:

Recibir y despedir a los huéspedes del hotel.
Para causar una buena primera impresión en los huéspedes del hotel, moviendo equipaje, mostrando a los huéspedes sus habitaciones.
Para atender rápidamente las consultas de los huéspedes y ayudarlos con sus necesidades.
Para preparar bebidas de bienvenida para un registro personalizado y aparcar los vehículos de los huéspedes.
Para ayudar a los huéspedes a planificar su itinerario al estar familiarizado con los mejores lugares para hacer turismo, comprar y
cenar.
Para ser amable, conocedor, siempre presente en el vestíbulo del hotel.
Para brindar asistencia general al gerente de recepción y al equipo de Front office.

Guest Services (Bellboy)

En Casa Serras necesitamos incorporar un/a Restaurant Manager para nuestro restaurante Fismuler en el corazón de Andorra la Vella. Si tienes experiencia en la gestión de equipos y un fuerte enfoque en el servicio al cliente, ¡Queremos conocerte! 

Responsabilidades principales

•	Dirigir la operación integral del restaurante asegurando estándares 5* en servicio, calidad y presentación.
•	Liderar, formar y desarrollar un equipo de alto rendimiento.
•	Supervisar la experiencia del huésped, anticipando necesidades y gestionando incidencias con máxima profesionalidad.
•	Gestionar presupuesto, P&L, control de costes (food & beverage cost, payroll).
•	Analizar KPI’s: RevPASH, ticket medio, upselling, rentabilidad y satisfacción del cliente.
•	Coordinarse con Cocina, Eventos, Revenue Management y Dirección General.
•	Garantizar cumplimiento de estándares de marca, auditorías internas y normativas sanitarias.


Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a People Partner to join our Corporate HR Team at Serras Collection in Barcelona. This is an especially exciting moment for us: we have just opened a new hotel in Andorra, while our other Andorra property continues to thrive, we continue to elevate our flagship hotel in Barcelona, and we are now preparing the opening of our brand‑new hotel in Sevilla, scheduled for the second quarter of this year—bringing the collection to four hotels by the end of 2026. This role will play a key part in supporting and ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and care in all HR administrative processes.
 
Key Responsibilities 

- Assist with the recruitment process including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee records.
- Ensure all new hires complete required documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR management in resolving employee concerns or workplace issues.
- Promote a positive and respectful workplace culture.
- Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs.
- Track employee training records and compliance certifications.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports, attendance records, and staff documentation.
- Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying employee data.
- Assist in ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with department heads regarding staffing needs.
- Support employee engagement activities and staff events.
- Assist with HR initiatives that improve staff satisfaction and retention.
