Your responsibilities:Develop and execute tailored sales strategies in collaboration with the team, Head of Business Development Middle East and the Luxury Brands Senior DirectorAct as a brand ambassador for Meliá Hotels International, representing all hotels in your portfolio with confidence and clarityIdentify and pursue new revenue opportunities through proactive account penetration and robust client relationship managementOrganize and lead impactful client meetings, hotel site visits, and familiarization trips that inspire loyalty and business conversionAnalyze account performance data to identify trends, inform strategy, and deliver actionable insights that drive incremental revenueMaintain up-to-date competitive intelligence across key markets, understanding how MHI’s offerings stack up against the competitionRepresent MHI at industry trade shows, networking events, and client functions to boost visibility and build new business pipelines What are we looking for:3+ years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (knowledge in the Middle East Market is a big plus)Exceptional written & spoken English (Spanish is a plus!)Background in hospitality or tourism, with hands-on experience in hotel or hotel chain sales Proficient in CRM platforms and modern sales toolsAbility to travelStrategic thinker with a commercial mindset—adept at interpreting financial and market data to shape winning approachesStrong communicator and natural relationship-builder, able to connect with stakeholders at all levelsSkilled negotiator with the ability to close deals and drive profitability as well as a team player
