SOMMELIER (M/F)

O Hotel Roma, localizado em Lisboa, procura candidatos (m/f) para ocupar a vaga de Sommelier. O/a candidato/a selecionado será responsável por assegurar um serviço atencioso, dedicado, proactivo e acolhedor aos nossos hóspedes, sugerindo vinhos da nossa carta de vinhos, promover eventos viniculas/provas de vinho no Wine Bar e promoção da Garrafeira do Hotel. 


PRINCIPAIS FUNÇÕES

. Aconselhar os clientes na escolha de vinhos, de acordo com as suas preferências e harmonização com os pratos;
. Apresentar a carta de vinhos, informando sobre variedades, características e preços;
. Promover e gerir a gama de vinhos da Garrafeira do Hotel;
. Assegurar o serviço de vinhos em todos os outlets, garantindo temperatura, copos e serviço adequados;
. Gerir o stock e o correto acondicionamento dos vinhos;
. Formar e apoiar a equipa de sala e do Wine Bar no conhecimento dos vinhos;
. Garantir a limpeza, manutenção dos equipamentos e cumprimento das normas de HACCP;
. Gerir reclamações e solicitações dos clientes, promovendo uma experiência de excelência;
. Participar e promover formações internas, provas e eventos especiais (jantares vínicos, degustações).


REQUISITOS

. Experiência prévia em funções similares, preferencialmente em restauração;
. Bons conhecimentos de vinhos nacionais (internacionais será uma mais valia);
. Fluência em português e inglês (oral e escrito);
. Excelentes capacidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
. Forte orientação para o cliente e para a venda;
. Forte orientação para formação sobre vinhos;
. Espírito de equipa, autonomia e boa capacidade de organização;
. Atitude proativa;
