Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily beverage operations across bars and outlets
• Develop attractive beverage menus and seasonal promotions
• Ensure high standards of drink quality, service, and presentation
• Manage stock, ordering, suppliers, and cost control
• Lead, train, and motivate the bar team
• Maintain cleanliness, equipment condition, and operational readiness
• Handle guest feedback and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and brand standards
• Support financial goals through revenue growth and efficient control
Requirements
• Previous experience in beverage, bar, or F&B management
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage trends
• Leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of cost control and inventory management
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
