MISSION: Analyses the P&amp;L of the business units to optimise results and achieve objectives. TÉCNICO/A CONTABILIDAD

Su misi&oacute;n ser&aacute; controlar&nbsp;los pedidos y recepci&oacute;n de los art&iacute;culos o bienes que se utilizan para la operaci&oacute;n del Hotel, as&iacute; como los procedimientos establecidos para el control de inventarios.Control de cajas y realizaci&oacute;n de los asientos contables, producci&oacute;n y facturaci&oacute;n del hotel. Gesti&oacute;n de conformidad de facturas de proveedores. Contabilizaci&oacute;n de facturas acreedores. Gesti&oacute;n de todos los pagos que se realizan en el hotel.Funciones:Realizar tareas administrativas: emitir el pedido al proveedor, realizar su seguimiento y recepci&oacute;n.
Introducci&oacute;n de los albaranes y procesamiento de las posibles extracciones entre departamentos u hoteles.
Gesti&oacute;n incidencias con los proveedores.
Mantener un archivo actualizado con toda la documentaci&oacute;n necesaria para el control de los almacenes.
Conformar y contabilizar facturas proveedores, hacer caja diaria, intervenciones en efectivo, conciliaci&oacute;n bancaria, previsi&oacute;n de gastos y contabilizaci&oacute;n de facturas acreedores, apuntes contables, as&iacute; como todas las dem&aacute;s tareas mensuales establecidas por el departamento de intervenci&oacute;n central.
Muestreo de los inventarios de los distintos departamentos del hotel.
Procesar inventarios y contabilizar los consumos mensuales de cada departamento y revisi&oacute;n de las posibles desviaciones, as&iacute; como su an&aacute;lisis.
Revisi&oacute;n de facturaci&oacute;n de clientes pendientes de pago.
Control de las cajas diarias y responsable de su ingreso en el banco correspondiente.
Realizar intervenciones de efectivo.
Control de las cuentas bancarias, comisiones bancarias y dem&aacute;s cuentas del hotel.
Revisi&oacute;n y facturaci&oacute;n de los comisionistas.
Control y reportaci&oacute;n de toda la informaci&oacute;n, en base a las tareas mensuales asignadas al departamento.
Informar a su superior inmediato de cualquier eventualidad o desviaci&oacute;n a las pol&iacute;ticas y procedimientos establecidos por el Hotel.
