This role is focused on delivering exceptional culinary experiences to both hotel guests and high-profile external visitors. You will be expected to drive significant business from external guests, leveraging your strong industry connections and personal network. This position demands a hands-on approach, as you will become the face of our dining venues, building relationships with the island’s influential figures and ensuring that our offerings maintain the highest standards.As Director of Food &amp; Beverage, you will be responsible for the following duties:<ul><li>Leadership and Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of all F&amp;B outlets, ensuring the highest standards in product quality, guest service, and operational efficiency. Manage the pre-opening, opening, ongoing operation, and closing of all areas post season.</li><li>Business Development: Drive the restaurant’s success by attracting external clientele, particularly from the luxury segment, and leveraging industry relationships, social networks, and innovative marketing strategies. Collaborate with Sales and PR teams to manage and execute the annual promotional schedule and create targeted programs to enhance profitability and brand image.</li><li>Financial Management: Oversee a significant F&amp;B budget. Monitor costs, control expenses, and ensure profitability through strategic financial planning, cost management, and ongoing financial performance analysis.</li><li>Quality Control &amp; Guest Satisfaction: Continuously monitor and analyse key performance metrics (such as LQE &amp; MO Pillars) to optimise product quality, service levels, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Ensure high standards in hygiene, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.</li><li>High-Volume Experience: Successfully manage multiple high-profile restaurant operations and large-scale events, ensuring flawless service and operational efficiency even during peak volumes.</li><li>Collaboration with High-Profile Chefs: Work closely with Michelin-starred chefs and luxury partners (e.g., Dani Garcia, Nobu Matsuhisa) to enhance the culinary offerings, positioning the brand as a leader in the luxury F&amp;B space.</li><li>Training &amp; Development: Lead, mentor, and develop your team, ensuring they consistently deliver exceptional service. Focus on training programs that foster continuous improvement and maintain a highly skilled, motivated workforce.</li><li>Guest Relations &amp; Brand Ambassador: Act as the face of the F&amp;B operations, building strong relationships with VIP guests and being the primary point of contact for bookings and inquiries. Ensure a personalised experience for loyal clientele and exceed their expectations at every opportunity.</li><li>Marketing &amp; Social Media Engagement: Drive brand awareness through innovative social media strategies, engaging guests and encouraging feedback. Analyse the effectiveness of digital campaigns and guest engagement to increase revenues and enhance brand visibility.</li><li>Market Research &amp; Competitor Analysis: Regularly assess competitor operations and industry trends globally and locally to stay ahead of the curve. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, ensuring that the hotel remains a leader in the luxury F&amp;B market.</li><li>Public Relations &amp; Promotions: Participate in public relations and promotional activities that enhance the image and profitability of the hotel’s F&amp;B department. Work alongside the PR team to implement initiatives that reinforce the brand&#39;s prestige.</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Extensive Experience: A minimum of 10 years in the F&amp;B industry, with at least 6 years in senior roles managing high-volume, high-profile restaurant operations, particularly within luxury environments focused on quality and guest satisfaction.</li><li>Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, high-profile restaurant operations, working with top-tier chefs and luxury brands, and driving business growth.</li><li>Financial Acumen: Strong financial expertise, with a proven ability to manage large budgets, control costs, and drive profitability through strategic financial planning and cost control measures.</li><li>Leadership &amp; Management Skills: Exceptional leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a large, diverse team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Director of Food & Beverage (RB&E)

As Luggage & Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:  

 • Supervise, motivate, and guide the Luggage Porters and Door team daily 
 • Conduct daily briefings to communicate occupancy, VIP arrivals, group 
movements, and special requests 
 • Oversee and execute secure handling, accurate tagging, storage, and delivery of 
guest luggage in adherence to security standards. 
 • Manage guest traffic flow at hotel entrances, coordinating vehicles, taxis, and 
private transport 
 • Support inventory control of luggage carts, tags, umbrellas, and entrance 
equipment 
 • Assist management with team performance reviews and training documentation 
 • Monitor the hotel entrance and luggage areas, ensuring they remain clear and safe. 
 • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas. 
 • Maintain the presentation of the front of house area to ensure a luxury experience 
from arrival to departure. 
 • Assist with transportation arrangements, including taxis, airport transfers and valet 
services. 
 • Coordinate closely with Concierge, Reception, Bell Desk, Housekeeping, and 
Security teams 
 • Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Chief Concierge.
