Job description
Responsabilidades: Elaborar platos según menús; controlar costes y desperdicio; mantener limpieza y normas de higiene; colaborar en la creación de recetas y adaptaciones; uso seguro de cuchillería y equipos; asegurar control de calidad de materias primas y platos antes del servicio. Requisitos: Formación mínima ESO/EGB, experiencia mínima de 1 año como cocinero en restaurante, conocimientos en manipulación de alimentos y seguridad alimentaria, capacidad para trabajo en equipo, actitud proactiva.

Conocimientos generales de cocina, experiencia demostrable, elaboración de pedidos, control de stock, documentos en regla.
