Job Mission As a Front Office Agent Intern, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a vital role in shaping their overall experience. Your mission is to provide warm, professional, and efficient service, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes while supporting the Front Office team in delivering the highest standards of hospitality. What You Will Do Welcome Guests with Excellence Assist in greeting guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression. Support Check-In and Check-Out Processes Learn and assist with registration, room assignments, and handling guest inquiries efficiently. Provide Information and Assistance Respond to guest questions about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities, ensuring a personalized experience. • Handle Administrative Tasks Support the team with daily reports, reservations, and updating guest profiles in the system. • Collaborate Across Departments Coordinate with housekeeping and other teams to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly. • Maintain Brand Standards Uphold Meliá’s service standards and contribute to creating a welcoming and professional environment. What We Are Looking For • Education: Currently enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism, or related studies. • Passion for Service: Genuine interest in hospitality and guest satisfaction. • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and language skills (English required; additional languages are a plus). • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. • Professional Attitude: Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work.
