STRATEGIC INTENT

It is the mission and intent of this position that the Residential Concierge will keep the Residences’ perspective in mind at all times and carries out the mission of the Residences. Page 2 of 5 SCOPE OF POSITION / SUMMARY The Residential Concierge is responsible for providing luxurious tailored services to all Residences Owners, tenants and residents as well as to all Colleagues, assisting the Head Concierge when needed. Also, the Residential Concierge is responsible for the organisation, coordination, monitoring and maintaining of their shift to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the Amenities Floor.

Concierge responsibilities:

• Respond to Residences Owners/Residents needs and requests as directed.

• Offer a warm, sincere and personalized welcome to all residents.

• Create special conversations with residents which identify personal preferences to record in each guest’s profile history (via software).

• Inquire as to the success or enjoyment of the recommendations made.

The Housekeeping Supervisor reports to the Housekeeping Manager / Assistant Housekeeping Manager.<h2>As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:</h2><ul><li>Supervising daily cleaning operations of guest rooms and public areas to ensure brand standards are consistently met.</li><li>Leading, training and motivating housekeeping colleagues to deliver exceptional service.</li><li>Conducting room inspections and ensuring corrective actions are implemented when needed.</li><li>Coordinating daily work assignments, schedules and task distribution.</li><li>Ensuring proper use, care and control of cleaning equipment, amenities and linen.</li><li>Monitoring compliance with hygiene, health and safety standards.</li><li>Handling guest requests, feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.</li><li>Communicating effectively with Front Office, Maintenance and Laundry to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Supporting inventory control and reporting maintenance issues.</li><li>Acting as a role model aligned with Mandarin Oriental culture and values.</li></ul><h2>As Housekeeping Supervisor, we expect from you:</h2><ul><li>Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of housekeeping operations and hotel product standards.</li><li>High sense of responsibility and reliability.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and enjoy learning in a multicultural environment.</li><li>Strong focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.</li><li>Customer-oriented mindset with professional behaviour.</li><li>Commitment, professionalism and attention to detail.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a housekeeping supervisory role.</li><li>English language skills (Spanish is an asset).</li></ul><h2>Our commitment to you</h2>Learning &amp; Development Your success is our success. Main tasks:<ul><li>Update the hotel bulletin boards with the latest news improving the internal communication of the company</li><li>Keep daily track of the hotel canteen employee diners, updating the list of employees according to the day and department.</li><li>Monthly send the report to the finance department</li><li>Prepare welcome folders for new employees and trainees Assist in the welcome of our new employees and trainees</li><li>Assist in the follow-up with the documentation of new employees and trainees Assist in the assembly of training rooms according to the type of training to be carried out</li><li>Answer the phone according to the telephone etiquette</li><li>Reply emails according to the company’s standards</li><li>Solve students doubts and concerns anticipating their needs</li><li>Solve employees and trainees incidents Follow up on Health and Safety summaries (Risk management)</li><li>Control and follow up of birthday greetings for the different departments</li><li>Update our internal communication document monthly according to our pillars, guiding principles and relevant employee information</li><li>Assist in the control of employee’s lockers</li><li>Prepare the necessary documentation and certificates of trainees’ completion before they finish their internship</li><li>Assist L&amp;D Director in preparing the material for trainings and introducing quality data into the system</li><li>Assist P&amp;C Coordinator and P&amp;C Manager in the recruitment and selection tasks</li><li>Assist Director of People and Culture in all the projects that could be running at that time</li></ul>Languages:<ul><li>Spanish: native or full competence</li><li>English: advanced</li><li>Other language will be a plus</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>6 months of internship - non remote</li><li>full time position (40h a week, 8 hours a day with 2 days off)</li><li>to have an internship agreement with a school or university</li><li>advance knowledge of computing programs</li><li>advance knowledge of the Hospitality Industry &amp; Human Resources Management</li></ul>
