We are looking for a confident Sales Executive who enjoys talking to guests and will thrive in a dynamically changing environment. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responding to guest enquiries (direct, corporate and travel agency) via telephone, email and whatsapp.
- Engage with potential guests and building a relationship with them to help them understand Emerald Stay’s product and services.
- Create and send quotes, including extra services where required.
- Handle guest payments.
- Communicate quickly and effectively with guests and team members.
- Manage new confirmed reservations in Mews.
- Manage cancellations and amendments to existing bookings.
- Proactively follow up on quotes and try to encourage the guest to book with Emerald Stay.
- Reach out to previous guests to try and encourage them to book again.
- During busy periods, assist the operations team in ad-hoc tasks.
- Owner bookings
Depending on the seasonality as well as your bandwidth, skills and interest, you may be involved with other projects.

Employment start: flexible, as soon as we find the right person.
Office address: Talent Garden coworking - Carrer de Ramon Turró 169A, Barcelona.
Work days and work hours may vary, we work in hospitality. You would work every other weekend and have days off during the week in lieu.
We have a flexible home office policy: with us, you'll work at the office two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) - the rest of the time, it's up to you.
Occasional trips to learn about our destinations and properties which you’ll be selling.
