Jefe de Ventas - colección de hoteles independientes

MISION: Responsable de la Cotización, Cierre y Contratación de los Leads (excl. grupos de ttoo) que se generan para los hoteles de la Zona Comercial, independientemente del canal de recepción de los mismos (online, offline, centralizado o directo), y del correcto mantenimiento de las diferentes plataformas usadas.  OPERACIONES <ul style="margin-bottom:13.0px"><li style="text-align:justify">Apoyar al Head of Group Sales en la elaboración de la estrategia de ventas de segmento MICE para los hoteles de la zona, con el fin de cumplir los objetivos definidos en el Business Plan de cada hotel.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Ser Co-Responsable del cumplimiento del Presupuesto del segmento MICE tanto en habitaciones (volumen de Room Nights y Room Revenue) como en Alquiler de Salas y ventas de extras en F&amp;B asociada a grupos a través del apoyo al equipo de Operación de Grupos para los Hoteles de la Zona Comercial.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Lograr y/o superar el presupuesto aprobado anualmente en el Business Plan (segmento MICE) de los hoteles del Cluster/Zona Comercial, tanto de venta de habitaciones como en ARR a través del incremento en el número de cuentas/eventos, así como en Venta de Salones, Banquetes, audios y otros ingresos relacionados con MICE.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Elaborar las cotizaciones para los leads de +10 habitaciones con o sin salas, para los hoteles de la zona con el objetivo de obtener el mayor negocio posible tanto de habitaciones, como salones, F&amp;B y otros ingresos relacionados con el grupo.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Mantener los tiempos de respuesta a las peticiones de cotización y otras comunicaciones dentro del máximo establecido de 24 horas.</li><li>Analizar las peticiones recibidas y el porcentaje de negocio que se ha materializado, y en función de los resultados y del estudio del mercado, sugiere nuevas acciones para lograr una mayor captación de negocio.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Revisar y asegurar que las negociaciones, contratos con clientes y política de créditos de los grupos/leads que está gestionando, se realizan de acuerdo a las políticas y procedimientos establecidos por MHI.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Actualizar, gestionar y controlar el negocio grupal y la base de datos de éste asegurándose que la información disponible es lo más actualizada posible en el Sistema FOCUS/MARS reportando cualquier incidencia al dpto. Especifico.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Hacer un correcto uso de las herramientas de gestión de grupos: FOCUS/MARS/OPERA.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Llevar a cabo negociaciones con los clientes para los leads asignados con el fin de obtener el mayor beneficio en base al Business Plan y estrategia definida para el conjunto de hoteles de la zona en el segmento MICE.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Una vez confirmado el grupo o evento, elaborará el contrato de servicio correspondiente y bloqueará en el PMS y el sistema de Sales and Catering del  hotel los salones y habitaciones requeridos y que han sido confirmados por el cliente.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Dar seguimiento y cumple con la estrategia de pricing y segmentación MICE previamente definida entre Ventas y revenue de la zona. Participa activamente en aquellas reuniones periódicas en las que se le requiera para la actualización de precios y condiciones de venta de los grupos.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Mantener una fluida y correcta comunicación con el equipo de Operativa de Grupos en cada hotel (Conference/Banqueting) y actualizarles en temas relativos a sus funciones/responsabilidades (site inspections, montajes específicos, etc.) para operar con éxito los grupos contratados.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Asegurar un excelente traspaso de expedientes al hotel una vez contratado un grupo.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Asegurar y ejecutar correctamente la gestión, en modo y tiempos, de las peticiones del canal Cvent u otros canales Online del segmento MICE (plataformas de leads/venue finders).</li><li style="text-align:justify">Promover la realización de site inspections de los expedientes que gestiona personalmente para aumentar las opciones de materialización del grupo. Coordinar con Operativa en los hoteles y dar seguimiento al Hotel sobre el resultado de la misma si se trata de visitas de planeación. </li><li style="text-align:justify">Asistir a aquellas planning site inspection que por valor o perfil del cliente requieran su presencia. DCM Specialist
