En FOB AeroMéxico estamos en búsqueda de una Asesora de Viajes Senior con sólida experiencia en el sector turístico, orientación a resultados y una marcada vocación de servicio al cliente para nuestra oficina en Zona Esmeralda (Atizapán, Estado de México)

Requisitos indispensables

Experiencia mínima de 2 años en oficina de boletos de AeroMéxico o call center AeroMéxico.

Alto sentido de responsabilidad, organización y compromiso.

Enfoque en servicio al cliente con estándares de calidad y eficiencia.

Habilidad para el trato directo con clientes (face to face).

Funciones principales

Asesorar a los clientes en la selección de las mejores opciones de viajes y paquetes turísticos.

Brindar un servicio ágil, preciso y cordial, asegurando una experiencia de alta calidad.

Gestionar reservaciones aéreas, paquetes, cruceros, traslados y cambios.

Atender y resolver dudas, inquietudes y solicitudes de los clientes con profesionalismo.

Impulsar la venta y retención de clientes mediante un servicio excepcional.

Cumplir objetivos comerciales en coordinación con el equipo de trabajo.

Atención personalizada y directa al cliente en oficina.

German & Portuguese Customer Advisor for Airline Company - Lisbon, Portugal

A pessoa contratada irá apoiar o departamento financeiro da empresa em Portugal como Finance Manager/Controller para a Nozul Algarve S.A.

Alumas funções passarão por:
- Preparar orçamentos anuais e revisões subsequentes, incluindo desagregação por departamentos e previsões de receita.
- Monitorizar mensalmente a execução orçamental (budget vs actual) e fornecer explicações para variações.
- Apoiar as equipas de gestão e o CFO no desenvolvimento de estratégias financeiras para tomada de decisão executiva.
- Dar suporte na análise e controlo, fornecendo relatórios precisos. Garantir consistência e qualidade dos dados.
- Preparar e analisar relatórios de Fluxos de Caixa.
- Supervisionar projetos financeiros, calcular TIR, período de retorno e retorno sobre investimentos.
- Preparar atividades de fecho mensal, análise de fechos e comparação com o planeamento.
- Monitorizar diariamente as posições de tesouraria, garantir que os requisitos de liquidez são cumpridos e reportar desvios.
- Rever e executar pagamentos para fornecedores críticos, salários, impostos e obrigações legais.
- Validar todas as faturas de fornecedores quanto à precisão, completude e conformidade com ordens de compra, contratos e outras propostas/acordos.
- Emitir faturas a clientes com base em contratos, acordos de serviço e cobranças mensais recorrentes.
- Coordenar com outros departamentos para recolher dados financeiros e garantir a sua precisão.
- Reconciliar extratos de contas mensalmente.
- Articular com contabilistas durante auditorias internas e externas, fornecendo toda a documentação e explicações solicitadas.
- Apoiar o RH e a administração com reembolsos de despesas de pessoal, verificação de salários e acompanhamento financeiro relacionado com benefícios.
- Gerir todas as funções administrativas da empresa.

Procuramos um(a) Subchefe de Receção para integrar a equipa de um hotel boutique de referência na Comporta. Serás o braço direito da Chefe de Receção, assegurando o bom funcionamento diário do serviço e garantindo uma experiência calorosa e eficiente a todos os hóspedes. Terás um papel essencial na coordenação da equipa de receção, na gestão de reservas e check-ins/check-outs, e no acompanhamento de hóspedes VIP e situações especiais.

Principais Responsabilidades
* Apoiar na supervisão e motivação da equipa de receção;
* Assegurar padrões de serviço consistentes e centrados no hóspede;
