What will be your mission? 
Are you searching for a new career opportunity? We are looking for a Revenue Trainee to join our Revenue Management Team in Madrid to support a European region. As Revenue Trainee you will be joining a dynamic team at the MINOR Hotel Europe and Americas. Being part of this team means you will be in a commercial and strategic work environment. In your daily day you will be supporting the revenue management team with data gathering, conducting market studies, updating daily reports, assisting with strategy updates, and aiding in rate management. What will you do? 
 • Prepare the reports needed for the Revenue Management team at regional level. • Support the Revenue Management team on data gathering and market analysis. • Assist with strategy updates within systems and platforms. • Create new and modify existing rate plans within the systems. • Upload special conditions for fair periods in local extranets. • Monitor the hotels price positioning and review availability. • Apply the strategy indicated by the Revenue Manager in the different company portals and systems (SAP TMS, Duetto, etc.). • Help the Revenue Management team to achieve the department goals. What are we looking for? 
EXPERIENCE • No required. QUALIFICATIONS • Degree level – preferably in Tourism, Business Administration, Finance or Economics. • Fluent spoken and written English; knowledge of other language is highly valuable. • Microsoft Office 365 applications knowledge for both analytical (i.e., strong in Microsoft Excel) and communication purposes (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) • Knowledge of software programs (SAP, Duetto) is highly valuable. • Knowledge or interest in Revenue Management. PREFERRED SKILLS • Highly quantitative analytical skills. • Attention for quality and details. • Organized and methodical. • Solution minded. • Business and commercial sense. ADITTIONAL INFORMATION • The position reports directly to the Revenue Hub Leader. • Located in MINOR Hotels Europe & Americas Office (C/ Santa Engracia 120, Madrid – Spain). • Full time (Hybrid Work Environment). • Access to training platforms both internal and external. • Duration: 1 year (6 months with additional 6 months extension).
