Experienced Front Desk Agent Position

Job description

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the welcoming face of our property, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. You will join a dynamic team in a boutique hospitality environment focused on personalized guest experiences. This is a full-time position with rotating morning (07:00–15:00) and afternoon (15:00–23:00) shifts. We offer a permanent contract with a gross annual salary of €25,500. In this role, you will manage check-in and check-out procedures, handle reservations, billing, and payments, and work with the PMS (Ulyses) and other reservation systems. You will coordinate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience, respond to guest requests, and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate guest records and following proper cash handling procedures. We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within an urban boutique hotel. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, along with a customer-oriented mindset and familiarity with property management systems.
