Gestionar las reservas recibidas por teléfono, correo electrónico y otros canales. Realizar los procesos de check-in y check-out de los huéspedes, garantizando una experiencia ágil y personalizada. Atender las solicitudes de los huéspedes, proporcionando información sobre el hotel, sus servicios, horarios, la ciudad de Sevilla y recomendaciones de interés. Resolver incidencias, quejas y reclamaciones, escalando aquellas que lo requieran al Jefe/a de Recepción. Gestionar la facturación diaria, realizar el cierre y cuadre de caja, y mantener actualizada la información en los sistemas de gestión. Supervisar las reservas, la disponibilidad y los cierres de venta, realizando las gestiones necesarias cuando corresponda.
