Can I track all my applications?
+Yes. In your candidate area, go to Applications sent and filter by status:
· New: application sent and recorded; the company hasn’t reviewed it yet or hasn’t updated the status.
· Pending: received and not yet evaluated.
· Reviewing: under review or in interviews.
· Finalist: shortlisted for the role.
· Rejected: the company is not moving forward with your application.
Note that status updates are made by the company. You also have Saved jobs to keep your favourite roles, review them later and pick up in one click without searching again; remember that saving is not applying.

My application status hasn’t changed — why?
+If you applied to a job but your status hasn’t changed, the most likely reason is that the company hasn’t updated the status of the applications it receives. Many companies don’t update every stage on the platform. At Turijobs, we continuously encourage employers to keep candidates informed about the status of their applications.
I’ve applied and my CV shows as Finalist. What should I do?
+In this case, you’ll need to wait for the company to contact you to schedule an interview. Keep in mind they don’t always reach out to every finalist. Sometimes companies close the process without interviewing all finalists and don’t update the status back to “rejected” or “in process.” So if you see “Finalist” on your application, take it as an indicator: your profile resonated, but the company will decide whom to contact.
Can I withdraw my application?
+Once you’ve applied to a job, this action can’t be undone. In “My applications” you can hide a specific application so it no longer appears in your list, but the company will still have access to your CV and the information you already submitted.
6. Job alerts/communications
How can I manage job alerts?
+Sign in and go to Job alerts. To create a new one, fill in Job title and Location and click Create alert; we’ll email you when matching roles are posted. Below, you’ll see your active alerts: click the number of jobs to view them and use the trash icon to delete any you no longer want.
Why am I not receiving any job alerts?
+You may not be receiving new job offers by email either because there are no new postings matching your criteria or because they’re going to your spam/junk folder. To prevent this, add info@news.turijobs.com to your safe senders list.
I want to stop receiving your emails. How do I do it?
+To stop receiving email communications, go to “Settings” in your candidate area, untick the messages you no longer want and click “Save changes.” If you want to stop receiving our job alerts, go to “My alerts.” There you’ll see your active alerts; to remove one, click the bin/trash icon.

How can I create and manage questionnaires for my job offers, and how is candidate fit calculated?
+Questionnaires let you ask candidates screening questions when they apply to your job offer. If you add a questionnaire, answering it is mandatory for the candidate. You can create them from Questionnaires in the side menu, or while posting a job.
1. Questionnaire structure
2. Question types
3. How each question is weighted
For Yes/No and Multiple choice questions, the weight is defined in two steps:
4. Answer order
You can arrange how the candidate will see the answers. This order is visual only and does not affect scoring.
5. How is the result calculated?
6. Edit, duplicate and delete
1. Questionnaire structure
- •Each questionnaire has between 1 and 5 questions.
- •Give it a name before you start adding questions: it will help you find it later in the search bar.
- •You can pick questions from 3 sources: your most recently used questions (up to 6 to choose from), a catalogue of frequently used questions already translated into Spanish, English and Portuguese, or questions you write freely.
- •The total can never exceed 5 questions, whatever the combination of sources.
2. Question types
- •Yes/No: the candidate chooses one of the two options. You must mark which answer is the ideal one.
- •Multiple choice: the candidate picks 1 answer among several that you define (between 2 and 5 possible answers). You must mark which ones are ideal, always leaving at least 1 unmarked.
- •Free text: the candidate writes their answer in their own words. You can only have 1 question of this type per questionnaire. It has no ideal answer and doesn’t score: it’s just for you to read.
3. How each question is weighted
For Yes/No and Multiple choice questions, the weight is defined in two steps:
- •Step 1 – Question importance. Mark each question as Key (the candidate must meet this requirement for the role) or Desirable (something you’d like them to meet, but not decisive).
- •Step 2 – Ideal answer. In each question, mark which option(s) you consider the ideal answer. For example, for “What is your English level?”, with the options No knowledge / Basic / Intermediate / High / Bilingual, your ideal answers could be Intermediate, High or Bilingual. If the candidate chooses No knowledge or Basic, they don’t meet the ideal.
4. Answer order
You can arrange how the candidate will see the answers. This order is visual only and does not affect scoring.
5. How is the result calculated?
- •We compare the candidate’s answer with the ones you marked as ideal.
- •Key questions weigh more than Desirable ones.
- •Free-text answers are not included in the calculation.
- •Optimal: 75% or more.
- •Sufficient: between 45% and 75%.
- •Not ideal: less than 45%.
6. Edit, duplicate and delete
- •Edit: you can only edit a questionnaire if nobody has answered it yet. As soon as it receives an answer, it is locked for editing.
- •Duplicate: creates a new copy (it will ask for a new name), useful to reuse questions without carrying over old answers.
- •Delete: you can only delete a questionnaire if it was never assigned to a job offer.
- •Questionnaires created before this update are kept as Legacy: they can be viewed, but not edited or assigned to new job offers.
How do Turijobs credits work to post more job offers?
+Turijobs uses a credit system to post job offers flexibly. Each credit equals one published job post. You can choose the type of credit that best fits your needs:
Each credit lets you publish one offer, and you can use them based on your hiring priorities. Plus, if you buy multiple credits at once, Turijobs offers volume discounts, ranging from about 36% up to 86% depending on the number purchased.
In short: posting on Turijobs is very easy with this credit system–– just choose the type and quantity you need and start recruiting!
- •Basic Credit: for less urgent offers (basic, standard).
- •Superior Credit: gives your job more visibility (includes promotion on marketing channels, etc.).
- •Premium Credit: maximum visibility, with top placement (ideal to boost your employer brand).

Can I buy different credits?
+Yes. You can combine different types of credits depending on your needs. For example, if you have jobs that you want to give more visibility to, you can use a Superior or Premium credit; for less urgent roles, you can use a Basic credit.
In the Turijobs store, you can add different types of credits to your cart in the quantities you need. Keep in mind that there are volume discounts, so if you plan to post multiple jobs throughout the year, it’s best to buy them together and save up to 70% on the total price.

2. Company account management
How can I use the statuses to manage candidates who remain in the selection process and those who have been rejected?
+To keep an organized control of your candidates, Turijobs lets you classify them into different statuses within each job offer. Go to Jobs and candidates, open the offer you want and you’ll see these statuses:
Remember that your actions organize the process: candidates stay in “New” until you move them to another status, so keep moving them as you progress to tell the truly new ones from those you have already handled.
Using these statuses you can filter and review candidates in a more organized way, focusing on each group according to its priority in the process.
- •New: candidates who have applied and that you haven’t moved to another status yet. It’s recommended to be empathetic and keep them informed about their progress.
- •In review: candidates whose profile you are actively assessing.
- •In interviews: candidates you have already interviewed or have interviews scheduled with, under deeper evaluation.
- •Finalists: the candidates you liked the most, the top ones among whom you’ll decide who gets the role.
- •Discarded: this groups the candidates who will not continue in the selection process (rejected).

How can I see the candidates who applied to my job offer?
+From the side menu, go to “Jobs and candidates”. In this section you can see all the job offers you have published and, by selecting a specific offer, you’ll see all the candidates who applied to it, sorted from newest to oldest.
Organizing candidates among the different statuses (New, In review, In interviews, Finalists and Discarded) is up to you: if you don’t move them, all of them will appear under “New”, both the recent arrivals and those you still had pending.

How does the candidate filtering system work?
+Manage CVs like an expert with our candidate filter. In the side menu, go to Jobs and candidates and open the offer to see the candidates. You can filter by city, experience, qualification, skills and language. This way you’ll find the talent you really need, without wasting time.
Can I receive alerts about candidates interested in my job offers?
+Yes, of course! Every time a candidate applies to one of your job offers, the Turijobs system will send you an email notification to let you know. This way you’ll be up to date in real time on new applicants. Also, when you open the offer from Jobs and candidates, you’ll see all candidates sorted from newest to oldest. That way you’ll never lose sight of your next potential hire!
(Note: Make sure your company account email address is up to date and check your spam folder in case an alert ends up there. In Settings > Notifications you can manage email notifications.)

3. Job posting management
How can I edit or finish a published job offer?
+From the side menu, go to “Jobs and candidates”. In the list of your offers, click the three dots of the offer you want to manage and choose Edit to modify it. From that same menu you can also Use as template, Share, Transfer offer to another recruiter or Finish process once you have closed the selection. You can filter the list by Active, Paused or Finished. The management options allow you to:
In short, the platform gives you full control over your selection processes: you decide when to keep an offer active, pause it temporarily or finish it according to your recruitment needs.
- •If you pause an offer: it will no longer be visible to candidates on the platform, but it will remain in your dashboard and you can reactivate it later whenever you need. Note that pausing does not change the original expiration date; that is, time keeps running even while the offer is paused (the publication period is not automatically extended).
- •If you finish an offer: it is closed and moves to the Finished tab. Use this option only when you are sure you no longer want to receive more candidates for that vacancy.

How long will my job be visible on Turijobs?
+The time a job remains visible on Turijobs depends on the type of credit used to publish it:
In all cases, once the relevant period ends, the job will expire and will no longer be shown to new candidates. It’s important to plan the credit type according to the urgency and reach your job requires.
- •With a Basic credit, the job stays active and visible for 30 days from publication.
- •With a Superior (or Premium) credit, the job stays active for 45 days, providing more visibility time to attract candidates.
- •Credit validity for bulk purchases: if you buy more than one credit at once, you’ll have up to 90 days to use them from the purchase date. (This benefit is designed for companies with ongoing hiring needs.)
In all cases, once the relevant period ends, the job will expire and will no longer be shown to new candidates. It’s important to plan the credit type according to the urgency and reach your job requires.
When a job offer expires, can I still access candidates’ CVs?
+Of course! Even if the job offer has expired (because the publication period has run out), you’ll be able to keep viewing the CVs of the candidates who applied for an additional period. From the side menu, go to Jobs and candidates and click the Finished tab, where closed offers appear. There you can access all the résumés received for that offer during the 60 days following its expiration. This means the selection process doesn’t stop automatically when the offer expires: you are free to keep evaluating candidates and finish the selection at your own pace, without losing access to the information of candidates who applied within that additional period.
(After those extra 60 days, it’s advisable that you have downloaded or saved the information you need, as it may no longer be available on the platform.)

Can I buy different credits?
+Yes, Turijobs lets you purchase different types of credits and use them as needed, as explained earlier. You can mix Basic, Superior, and Premium credits in the same purchase, in whatever quantities you require. For example, you could buy a pack of 5 credits: 3 Basic, 1 Superior, and 1 Premium, all in a single transaction. Then, when posting jobs, you decide which credit to apply to each posting (giving more visibility to the roles that need it with higher-tier credits, and using Basic for standard positions).
The purchase process is straightforward: add the various credits you want to your cart, choose the quantity for each type, and complete payment. The platform will automatically apply any eligible bulk discounts. Thanks to these discounts, buying credits in bulk can save you up to 70% compared with purchasing individual postings one by one. This flexibility lets you budget and plan your job postings economically throughout the year.
