Beginning your day as a Receptionist at an independent hotel in Lisbon, Portugal means delivering calm, professional guest service in a warm hospitality setting. This Full time opportunity requires availability for the 2:30pm to 10pm shift and is tailored to candidates with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: welcome guests and provide a friendly, professional fist impression, manage check ins and check outs efficiently, handle reservation and guest inquiries, provide information about local attractions, process payments and maintain accurate records, coordinate with house keeping to ensure rooms are ready and guest requests are addressed, set up and prepare breakfast.
