About Us:
KRATONS (KRATONS TRAVEL SL) is a boutique Destination Management Company (DMC) and IATA-accredited travel agency based in Madrid, specialising in bespoke luxury travel. We design every trip one by one and operate it ourselves on the ground: hand-picked hotels, private guides and drivers, rail and flight tickets, restaurants and exclusive experiences, plus corporate travel and MICE events in unusual venues. Responsible travel is part of how we work, and it guides how we choose our suppliers.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Travel Specialist to join our team in Madrid, creating unforgettable journeys for a demanding international clientele. Industry experience is not required: we are looking for someone exceptionally organised, with a keen eye for detail and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage luxury itineraries, making sure every detail matches what the client wants.
Act as the main point of contact for the client, before, during and after the trip.
Work with our local partners to arrange hotels, activities and exclusive experiences.
Handle bookings, client correspondence and itinerary administration with precision.
Choose suppliers and solutions that reflect our commitment to responsible travel.
Qualifications:
Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong customer service skills, with a friendly and professional manner.
Highly organised, able to juggle several trips and priorities at once.
A genuine passion for travel and for creating unique experiences.
Experience living or working in the United States is highly valued.
Familiarity with Spain, Portugal and Morocco, their cultures and key destinations, is highly desirable.
Proactive and adaptable, at ease working independently and in a team.
