Gerente de Marketing e Vendas
Mission:
The Hotel Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the Marketing Plan for Melia Seychelles, in alignment with the brand’s vision and in collaboration with the Marketing Partner. The primary focus will be on positioning the hotel in local and international markets, ensuring strong brand awareness and engagement.
Your tasks:
• Drive brand awareness through innovative communication, social media, and PR strategies
• Work closely with local partners, the marketing partner, and sales & operations teams to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives
• Support the Head of Marketing in the selection of PR and social media agencies to ensure alignment with brand strategy
• Organize, coordinate, and select editorial and product photography/video content
• Collaborate on the creation of promotional materials, sales presentations, fact sheets, and trade fair collateral
• Creation of marketing materials and preparation of all operational collaterals for the opening of the outlets
• Development of brand identities and overall concept for each outles
What are we looking for:
• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Marketingmanagement
• Languages: Fluent in English; Spanish is a big plus
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role within the hotel industry, markt knowledge is a big plus
• Proficiency in Systems like SAP, CyclePOWER BI, Traackr, Canva
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Creative and organised mindset
