Gerente de Viagens de Luxo
We are looking for a Specialist in Luxury Leisure and Cruises to join our team in Madrid or Barcelona.
Liberty International Spain is a DMC of Liberty International Tourism Group, the leading independent and privately owned international Destination Management Company, established 30 years ago, and operating in more than 90 destinations worldwide.
Your mission: Design, develop, and optimize high-end tourism products (itineraries, experiences, and services), ensuring a differentiated, profitable offering aligned with market trends and the expectations of international clients.
Your Tasks:
• Design and creation of customized luxury itineraries and experiences (FIT, small groups, VIP).
• Development and updating of the product portfolio (destinations, services, unique experiences).
• Management and negotiation with suppliers (hotels, guides, transportation, experiences).
• Preparation of sales proposals and support for the sales team.
• Definition of pricing strategies and margin optimization.
• Coordination with internal teams (operations, contracting, sales).
• Maintenance of information in systems (rates, content, itineraries).
• Continuous product improvement based on customer feedback and results.
Your profile:
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Fluent in English (B2/C1) and Spanish. Any other language, would be an asset.
• Good knowledge of Spain and Portugal as leisure destinations, with expertise in Luxury, Cruises and international clientele
• Analytical profile, business-oriented (costs, margins, prices), with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Common Microsoft Office programs, proficient in Excel, and an aptitude for learning database and product management tools.
