At Hilton Barcelona, we're looking for an experienced Director of Revenue Strategy to lead our commercial and revenue management strategy, driving profitability while delivering exceptional business results.
What will you be doing?
✨ Develop and execute short, medium and long-term revenue strategies.
📊 Lead pricing, forecasting and inventory management to maximize hotel performance.
📈 Monitor market trends, competitor activity and demand to identify commercial opportunities.
🤝 Collaborate closely with Sales, Commercial, Operations and Finance teams.
🏢 Lead the revenue strategy for Meetings & Events, ensuring optimal pricing and profitability.
💡 Drive weekly revenue meetings, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
🌍 Optimize distribution channels, availability and pricing across all platforms.
📣 Support and coach hotel leadership teams in revenue management best practices.
🚀 Champion new revenue tools, systems and commercial initiatives.
What are we looking for?
✔️ Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance or a related field.
✔️ 5+ years of experience in Revenue Management within the hotel industry.
✔️ Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
✔️ Experience with hotel revenue systems, forecasting and pricing strategies.
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
✔️ Fluent English (Spanish is a plus).
✔️ A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering results.
