ME Lisbon is a luxury lifestyle hotel located in the heart of Lisbon, known for its contemporary design, vibrant atmosphere and strong focus on culture, gastronomy and entertainment. Mission: To supervise and ensure excellence in Room Service operations, guaranteeing high service standards, operational efficiency and financial control, while delivering an outstanding guest experience fully aligned with the brand philosophy and hotel objectives. What will you have to do? • Supervise breakfast, lunch and dinner Room Service operations; • Ensure full compliance with service standards, setup procedures, cleanliness and stock control; • Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure quality, presentation and timely delivery of dishes; • Monitor service delivery times, resolve operational issues and manage daily closures; • Control equipment handling, inventory, trolleys and warehouse access; • Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards; • Handle guest incidents and contribute actively to service recovery and customer satisfaction. What are we looking for? • Higher education or university degree, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality or a related field; • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality sector; • Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English; a third language is a plus; • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, service standards and current service trends; • Experience with REVO / POS systems and a strong command of Office 365; • Strong leadership, communication skills and a guest‑oriented mindset.
